Charming Charlies is great and this store is very clean and organized. However, I overheard an employee complaining to another employee about a customer that only came in for a free gift. When we checked out, the same employee tried to upsell us (which is fine) but when we politely declined, her attitude completely changed and she was rude and obviously annoyed.
