Ordered on-line. Product delivered to store in a timely manner and was the correct product. Pricing was good. My only complaint is that there seems to be a total lack of communication between the company and the customer. After order, received email (automated reply) thanking me for my order and stating I would be contacted by the next work day to confirm the details of my purchase and delivery (to the store) date. 5 days later I stopped at the store and after a confusing conversation was told that the sales manager handled that and he was not in and was given a card for the store manager, also not in. They did check the computer and found the delivery date. I never received a call from the store but fortunately when I went to the store on the day they said it would be delivered, it was there. Pleased with the product, pleased with the price, sad about the lack of communication. I was told that on-line sales is new to them - hopefully they will get the kinks ironed out soon.

Spoke to Lisa at Famous Tate corporate headquarters and she is helping make this right with a full refund on both appliances. This is way all customer services should work. Thanks Lisa! I purchased two Frigidaire appliances from this store last year. The refrigerator had to be replaced in three weeks. Someone forgot to put freon in on the first one. The refrigerator is the noisiest appliance I have ever owned, louder than the 20 yr one it replaced. My salesperson, Linda Dulmage made a telling remark after I complained the first time, "oh yeah, people do say that refrigerator is loud". Would have been nice to know that prior to purchase. The dishwasher still cannot be reset to another setting after completion of a wash. The dishes never come out dry. Not very happy.

Samsung was doing a promotion on their washers. I knew exactly which one I wanted when I saw it showcased at Lowes. Lowes couldnt get me on for a few months, they had none at the store or in their warehouse. Called best buy, when I finally spoke with a human being, they were also out of stock. Tried Sears, finally spoke to a human being who couldnt tell me if they even had some, just to drive there. Googled appliance stores, found famoustate, a human being answered right away and in 5 minutes I had purchased the exact unit I wanted and it was delivered two days later. The sales representative was very nice and efficient. Will skip the circus next time and just call you guys!

If you dont mind bad customer service, empty deadlines, no calls back and have all the time in the world to wait for something that you already paid for then I would recommend these people. Would never buy here again. Something that was supposed to be taken care of in 2 days, then 2-5 business days has now gone on for almost 2 weeks and we still dont have what we paid for. I have heard excuses and lack of concern for handling what I would perceive as their job if they care to make people happy!

We have built 2 homes in the past 6 years and the level of service and professionalism we get from Famous Tate is second to none. We werent able to get all of our selections from FT but Greg our salesman is very knowledgeable and always give us good detailed info on the pros & cons of the brands. Highly recommend Famous Tate and especially Greg.

We needed kitchen appliances quickly. Our salesperson, Linda, went out of her way to be sure we got what we wanted and within a few days. Other big box stores were telling us we would have to wait 3 weeks to a month to get all of our appliances. We will use Famous Tate again. The service is personalized and sales persons are knowledgeable.
