Terrible store. Ordered a stand up freezer for my wife and went to pick it up on christmas eve. I called that morning and verified that the store closed at 6pm. I arrived at 4:30pm and tried to rent a truck from them and was told I couldnt rent a truck to drive one mile away because it was too close to closing time. Finally got a nice associate to drive my Freezer home (only nice part in this whole ordeal) and found out when we opened the box that the right side of the freezer had been crushed in damaging the entire frame of the freezer. We obviously couldnt call back until the day after christmas, but when we did we were told that we would be getting a call sunday to tell us if they could replace it with the one in the Apopka store. Sunday comes... no phone call. We had to call back 2 more times to find out what was going on. Finally we are told that monday the 29th would be when they POSSIBLY can get our freezer replaced. At this point we still have never spoken to a Manager and just are too pissed off to even want to give them our business. Guess Lowes gets a loyal customer... they havent given us this kind of trouble when buying appliances... and they give a military discount on top of clearances... If I could do zero stars I would!

A week ago I signed up for a free estimate on replacement windows. While speaking to the staff person regarding my choices, I was clear on the windows I wanted replaced: standard double-hung American craftsment. At NO TIME did he mention that Home Depot only installs the $690 per window. Really? Do you think someone looking at $150 windows will be duped into buying $690 windows? Im sure this was intentional; hoping the sales guy would convince me the windows would lead to a goose that lays golden eggs. I sent him home packing as soon as he told me the price, despite I had rearrange my entire Saturday schedule. Needless to say, I was a tad upset. Ive spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at the Home Depot. No more. Eat a bag of d@#$s, Home Depot.

I find helpful staff available most times. As a retired contractor, I can usually find my needs on my own, but sometimes I need help finding items that are off my radar. My Question is Why Doesnt H-D provide guidance to find that odd-part via some sort of a keyboard, installed in multiple sites where one could key-in ones need? Theres a lot of experience in catering to the Perplexed Shopper in stores like Wal-Mart and any number of auto parts stores. This given, without charge or expectation of Royalties to Home Depot. And Im sure that Loews is listening. I hope so, as you should will this will actually Change Something.

Obviously Home Depot is a very well stocked mega hardware store. But my favorite thing is that their employees are so helpful and knowledgeable. We just bought paint after their paint guy told us everything we need to know, including which tools we needed and didnt need, and what types of paint were most popular. We very much appreciate their hiring employees who know their respective trades so well! We had a similar good experience when buying cabinets a while back. Thanks Home Depot!

I had an issue with a gift card pin that was not legible. Since the card was not purchased at Home Depot, and I didnt have a receipt, it was very difficult to find In the system. Both Kim and Cathy (bookkeeping) worked relentlessly to resolve the situation for me. They were friendly, professional and brought the situation to a successful conclusion. They went above and beyond to help which is one of the many reasons that I will remain a regular and faithful customer.

Great service at Home Depot but they usually dont have precisely what I am looking for. The people there are friendly and usually have a good idea on how to help you out when you have questions, but Ive had issues finding exactly what I want. Typically, Lowes has a better selection, but the people that work there are unhelpful morons. So when I want good service I go to Home Depot, and when I want something thats a little harder to find, I go to Lowes.

Writing this view while Im still in the store. Its 7:24pm and I have had to ask 3 times for someone to come help me in the cutting centre to cut wood. I have been waiting for OVER 30 MINUTES now and STILL nobody is here. Someone please explain to me how this is acceptable? There are barely any other customers in the store, and several store associates have walked past me without doing anything. NOT OK.

We were just there and waited for over 20 minutes for help loading 16 bags of cement. Nobody EVER showed up and my husband (who has had back surgery)had to load it himself. And they are allowing customers to PARK in the loading area, I personally witnessed 3 unattended vehicles sit there for at least 40 minutes. Really, Home Depot? Get it togetjwr....Lowes is right across the road!!!

Horrible. Just horrible. The staff and managers are a joke. I dont say that lightly at all. They are horrible to work with and NOBODY knows anything. This is the worst Home Depot I have ever been to by a long shot. They have messed up my orders, refused to do price matching, not sent extra items that I purchased, etc. Just go elsewhere!!!!

My husband loves this place and will wonder around the store for hours. I enjoy the flowers and garden section. Everybody in this store is helpful and polite. If I we have any problems somebody in the store has the answers. Very nice, clean and friendly Home Depot store to shop in. We have never had a single bad experience.

I typically like Lowes better than Home Depot. I generally go to Lowes first, then to Home Depot. I just like the atmosphere at Lowes better, and they generally have a better selection of what I need. Luckily there is almost always a Lowes right across the street from Home Depot anywhere you go.

This Home Depot is terrible with customer service. We had another bad experience today! Closing account! Going back to Ace Hardware, where they still care about customer service. Ill pay a little more to avoid this high blood pressure!

7/12/15. Tile class from 1pm to 2:30pm. Instructor was a no show. Finally after waiting for 1/2 an hour somebody came and said the instructor went home sick. Poor way to run a business.
