They REALLY know their product and are genuinely HELPFUL! I am a frequent buyer at this store for all of my appliance and home product (TV, DVD, Vacuum) purchases. I always receive consistent, knowledgeable and personalized service. The employees are very helpful in aiding my decision process through their product knowledge. Sears Hometown offers affordable, quality products and I do not have to meander through a large, overpriced box store waiting for assistance, waiting for someone to research their answer or waiting for a "sale" to afford what I need. I have always had the best buying experience at this local Sears store.

Sears Hometown Store featuring new appliances, electronics, tools, lawn and garden supplies will open on Thursday, November 19, 2009 at 9:00 am. Store hours will be Monday through Saturday 9:00 am until 8:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am until 6:00 pm. This new store will carry Kennmore, GE, Whirlpool, Craftsman, Sony and Die-Hart products. Please stop by and check the store out! We are located on East Highway 50 - Just West of Highway 27 in the Walgreens Shopping Center.

Extremely poor service, most employees are kind and helpful. The lady that claimed to be manager is rude and disrespectful. I have had many trips to this location and spent a fair amount of money. The only unpleasant experiences I have had is when she is there. Never going back! With the limited amount of traffic in that location every customer should be treated extremely well
