I was in your store at Cagan Crossings on Thursday, Sept. 8th. My daughter and I were picking out paint. A young man named Johnathan assisted us in mixing 13 cans of Glidden paint. OMG!!!! I am a manager and know how service is to be delivered. This young man nailed it all across the board. He was kind, sincere with his offer to help, knowledgeable, oh and was helping several other customers while at the same time, not once leaving me to feel forgotten or less important. Jonathan from Housewares was amazing in assuring all my colors were correct and prepared without delay. Stacy from Paint was also very helpful. Stacy had assisted me in the past with other projects. She is a bright, pleasant and knowledgeable young lady. Thank you Jonathan from House wears for making my visit at your Walmart a pleasant one. On Monday, Sept. 12 (I think) I was back in for a few more colors of paint. I was really hoping to get Jonathan and/or Stacy again. This visit was just a little different in that the wait was far longer than before. However I am patient and needed my paint. A young man named Josh from Hardware came to help me. Holy cow!!! again I was impressed with the service I received. Josh was sincere with his offer for assistance, also knowledgeable in his paint. Josh shared some inspiring events he had experienced with Walmart. To hear someone speak highly of their workplace is always a great sign. Josh was apologetic that they had run out of the paint base to complete my order but checked the order status. I was not in a rush so I offered to return on a later date. I shook Joshs hand and thanked him for his wonderful service and encouraged him to continue his outstanding customer service. For the Store manager, Jim. WOW!!! I had been shopping in that store since it opened. The service in this store had its ups and downs. At one point I refused to step foot in there because the service was so poor, everyone I asked for help, acted as if I personally were the worst part of their day. No one knew about anything outside of their departments. After about 8 months of not shopping there I decided to save a buck and try again. This was 3 years ago. To my surprise I was greeted, I was offered assistance, I actually saw smiles on the employees, the store looked cleaner, the cashiers were friendlier. Still on the slow side though. Sorry Jim. I went home to my husband and told him that I actually forgot for a moment that I was shopping a Walmart. It was that great. Now, I enjoy going in there, my experience since Jim took over is a 100% improvement. Now I even compare this Walmart to other Walmarts. Jim, what ever you are doing, keep doing it cause it works!!! I know I have told you before how pleased I am with your staff and your efforts but I have to say it again, you have really turned this store around. On April 21, 2016 I went into store #5299, to check on low cost cell phones. I was greeted by Manuel Bowilla, I was quickly taken to the appropriate phones. he showed me exactly what I was looking for. He explained how the phone worked and what pre-plan I would be comfortable with. I realise I liked him, and was impresed by his knowledge. While we completed the purchase, a few shoppers came by to ask some questions. I told him to help them, while he was setting up my phone and service. He is a multi-tasker and never made me and customers feel ignored. I never felt pressued into a purchase and he answered everones questions. I could not let my Wal-mart experience with Manuel, go unnoticed. He needs a pat on the back by Wal-Mart Corporation and have his store manager, James Levangie, go over and shake his hand. Now a days too many acts of kindness go unnoticed. I am a writer and have been sending letters of praise along for many years. I truly was impressed with Manuel, and you companies wish to have excellent customer service acknowledged. I hope you pass on my letter to Manual and buy him a cup of coffee. I was the owner of a small business n Long Island, NY, I aways made sure my employees felt appreciated and thanked them at the end of their day. I have found happy employees make customers want to come back to us again.

This Walmart is extremely high volume & geared towards a high percentage of customers being tourists who are visiting the many high profile attractions the Orlando area has to offer. Though it is a good bit of distance west of the actual city that places it very near some of the more famous & highest profile attractions and their accommodations. This Walmart definitely still serves all of the normal needs Walmart usually does except for certain items hunters & residents might use as is typical at Walmarts that are more geared for being in the city. The biggest thing you need to know about this walmart is that it is REALLY BUSY. Although they remodeled which did fix some of the cramped aisle feeling problems they were having before, youre still going to get the feeling of crowdedness for most of the day. Even if you go late at night or early in the morning when there are a lot less shoppers you still have to fight getting around pallets of merchandise their associated are working with. All in all I am happy to have this walmart nearby, especially after their remodel, though I hate the crowded feeling I get which makes me prefer driving 5 minutes in any direction to get to a publix for a more enjoyable experience hunting Bogo deals.

The food is really good. There is a good selection of clothes and kids would love it there as there are big round things full of candy. The film section is full of millions of films on disc and are not second hand. The self scanners are great unlike any others in other stores. The parking lot is big enough to park your car in but when we went there today this car had crashed into the trolley parking bit and there were fire trucks and ambulances and cop cars and loads of staff were there and lots of customers were taking photos which I found was really rude as there in a car accident and are more worried about being safety taken home more than being taken on camera. There is a wide range of fruit and vegetables. When we were in the grocery line there were these five girls three children in front of us. The children were just staring and the mom was getting really annoyed, at one point she shouted at the two girls really loud and I was like gee man

They had nothing! Shelves were practically empty when I went. It was a Friday night at about 11 PM and my family was staying at the resort about 15 mins away, so Im attributing the low stock to this... Anyway, there was almost no bacon at all. They had a few packs of regular bacon, but I was looking for Turkey bacon... None, Zippo, zilch, nada, nothing. Not a single pack of turkey bacon. Also, no sliced white bread. There were only a few loaves of Walmart brand bread, and plenty of wheat and other types that arent as popular. The staff was not friendly at all. In fact one of the workers pushing a jack cut us off and dropped th jack directly in our path. Then grabbed another jack and carelessly manuevered it under the pallet in front of us and set it down also. Now, we couldnt move at all. We had to go AROUND the guy. Wow! Place was not what I expected. Horrible.
