Sears has good prices and they offer great coupons. The customer service is horrible. I spoke with 3 employees in various departments on my last trip and none of them wanted to assist me and one even rolled his eyes at me when I asked if he worked there. (He wasnt wearing a name tag but he was sitting on the floor in bedding doing nothing with a blue shirt on like the employees wear.) Then I asked a lady for a price check (the price checker was broken). She told me its whatever the sign in front of it said. Haha. It wasnt the correct price. They need to get new management to train employees. Everyone in the Optical Department is awesome! Ive never had a problem there. It feels like a completely separate store.

Came in twice within a month and both times customer service was bad. First time I was trying to make a purchase and had a question about my shopyourway points the lady began mumbling under breath and was rude. I came back with my sister to make an exchange my sister purchased. She had her email receipt and everything. She had an attitude from the beginning. She didnt want to do the return and man came to help and he said she had everything she needed. The lady then proceeded to argue with my sister that she didnt show her the email. She tried but lady didnt want to see it. Both times the associates acted as if we were bothering them.

Not the fault of the store, but of the company as a whole. I was bought a product that I already owned a better version of, but when I tried to return the item, I discovered that there is absolutely no return policy without a receipt. No exchanges, no in-store credit, no refund whatsoever. There is no room for flexibility or customer satisfaction in such a model. I can only assume Ill be regifting the item - I hope they dont try to return it.

The customer service was unacceptable. My boyfriend were there looking to buy a mattress. A few of our friends were there to buy living room furniture. Not only was the mattresses brown from a lack of cleaning , a lady took it upon herself to follow us around. She pretty much told us that we wouldnt be able to afford such things and for us to leave. Sears will not have my money. No wonder they are dying.

Sitting in optical. Walked into main store and found a grinder to buy my husband. Guy working wasnt interested in selling it to me. Wouldnt go look to see if they had it, said he would probably have to order it before he knew which one I wanted out of the 10 that were back there. Bad store, go elsewhere.

Ordered something and I called the store to see if it was ready for pick up and could NEVER get an answer. Left messages and nothing. Finally had to drive down there and my item had BEEN ready for pick up. They never let me know. Im done with this Sears

This place is really dead. Mens section is the smallest Ive ever seen in a sears. Only reason I come here is for tools, which theyve managed to keep a good selection of.

This Sears has really gone down. Womens clothing designs are antiquated. Every time I visit, each department seems to get smaller with less merchandise to choose from.
