Visited the MAC counter to book an appt to have my makeup done on my wedding day back in Feb. They asked my wedding date (April 8) and said they only book appts for the month at the beginning of every month, told me to come back April 1st to book appt. Went on April 1st to book and the girl told me that on the 8th they are doing an event and do not do bookings on event days. Obviously I was really distressed and angry as this was ONE WEEK before my wedding. I called the one at Haywood Mall in Greenville and luckily they didnt have an event and were able to book me an appointment.

Was not very pleased with how the store was ran. I walked in was not greeted whatsoever. The employees was on their phones,talking to other employees walking around, not doing their jobs. The store had one customer had screaming and cursing at her child no one stopped her and asked her to stop. I walked in and out without being asked how i was doing, or told anything about any sales.
