We took our dog to the self-serve bathing and it was really great. The store is nice and clean and employees are friendly. The reason this isnt 5 stars is that we tried three separate times to take our dog for the puppy playtime when she was little and every time we showed up after calling ahead (twice a day before, once on the day of) and found out that either the time we were told and was posted on the site was wrong OR that the trainer wasnt going to be there that day. In all cases, seems like the employees should have known when we called....

Taking my dog for a bath at unleashed is awesome. They provide everything you need. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Its a small Petco serving the Charlestown community. The best thing about them is the self clean dog bathing area.
