Store part is great, everyone is super nice and helpful, the grooming section is a circus. They will not honor appointments and their actual schedule is different than online. I used to get the dogs nails cut here, and we could just walk in, and boom! done. I called Monday 7.31.17 night and asked for an appointment, they said no need. I went on a Tuesday, and supposedly they arent open Tuesday, well thats a waste of time since this is not mentioned anywhere, and no one told me when I called. So here I am on Wednesday at 6PM (hours are posted to 8PM) I walk in and the groomer is with a dog, she asks me if i would like to make an appointment, I said sure when are you available, I just need her nails cut. The groomer then says shes closed and is just finishing up. I ask her when I can come in tomorrow, and if I can make an appointment, she says no need. I think Ive wasted enough time trying.

I go to petco to buy my son a reptile we get a bearded dragon with a berded drogon cage setup with everything you need for a baby berded dragon and 2 days after having the lizard he was eating like a champ and looked healthy and I wake up the third day of having the lizard and it was dead, on the receipt and online they have a return policy of up to 30 days on live animals , I go to return on day 4 and they did not accept it so I just spent 60$ on a lizard I had for 3 days my son is hearbroken that he cant have another lizard bcause I dont have the money to be spnding 120$ in 1 week on reptiles let alone the 150$ tank setup I bought

I will never go back to this petco. I sent my dog in for a grooming. He came home with matts behind his ears, he is also bleeding behind his ear and half of his nails are not cut. They get one star because Yahoo will not let me rate them lower. I have had better experiences at other petco locations, I would avoid this one, they suck

This Petco usually has what I need, and the live animals seem well cared for. The manager is knowledgeable and helpful. I just purchased a beautiful King Beta Fish who is alert and healthy.

It has a great aquatic section as well as small pets. They tend to run out of certain pets for extended times due to breeder issues though. Otherwise staff is friendly and helpful.

They have knowledgeable staff that work in the aquatics department. Most of whom have aquariums them selves. Makes it a great place to buy supplies and ask any questions you have.
