Avoid the grooming salon!!! The workers in that part of the store are inhumane and neglect the puppies they work on. The staff will bring them into the back kennel and leave them there for 30minutes to hours at a time just to sit on their phones and gossip. There are 6 workers when I brought my puppy in and 1 dog out being groomed while the other 4 sat in the back cages, unattended. They do not care about the dogs they see, only the paychecks they get. Will never ever bring my pup here. Absolute disgrace.

$60.00 later & my dog didnt look any different. They have unskilled workers and worst of all, few days later noticed mange developing on his head and safe to say, the only place he could have gotten it was from Pet Smart Grooming because he had not been in contact with any other dog or been to any dog parks. Think twice before bringing your dog there.

I went to the store to price out how much it would cost to purchase a guinea pig for my daughter. Although the store was closing in a half hour, the staff were very helpful and courteous and had a genuine love of animals! I love this pet store and although it is not the closest chain pet store near my home, I will make the trip there..its worth it.

The fish expert was very helpful althought she couldnt answer one of my questions she did answer one how to tell the fish gender but it turned out she was wrong she told me she sold me two male fish before I got in my car the fish was having babies lol thanks

The staff was bright and helpful and was able to locate everything I needed for my robo hamsters they were also knowledgeable about the animals themselves and seemed to truly care about them of all my experiences there they have been enjoyable and efficient

Kid and pet friendly store. I went in looking for a small goldfish for my daughter and the store associate was sooo helpful, answered a few questions and made some much needed suggestions. Staff is generally friendly, pleasant enough and helpful

They generally have what you need, but the overall selection isnt great. Prices are higher than Amazon but comparable to other brick and mortar pet stores. Much heavier on dog gear than cats.

We frequent this store for dog supplies (great selection) and grooming. Prices are comparable to online and the grooming section is fantastic. We never have a problem with this PetSmart.
