This has got the be the worst wig shop I have ever seen along with the worse experience I have ever had. To start, today was my first time shopping at this store so I didnt know much when it came to their policy about trying on the wigs so of course I asked for assistance, my first mistake. I spoke with an older woman behind the counter, who had a very nasty, rushing me kind of attitude like she didnt want to be bothered. So, I didnt let that stop me I got a cap and two wigs. Tired them both of with no assistance whatsoever. Then another employee walks by and I stopped her and said, "Can I get this wig?" She responds, "Sure, take the manikin to the counter and she handle it from there." At this point, I was like okay, Ive never seen a hair store where I take the manikin head to a checkout counter. So I just go with the flow and did what she said. I get to the counter Im next in line so I walk to the register and turn my head for a second and turned back around and the lady takes the wig off the manikin and puts the wig in a bag. Whoa ! Hold up. You know how many people try on wigs daily and you telling me Im going to spend $75 dollars on a fingered ran thru crusty wig? Thats the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. Everybody dont wash they hands and everybody dont wash they scalp good. A lot of ppl try those things on daily before they get sold and you sell them off the manikin? Thats just trifling. Manikin wigs should be for looks, samples, and exploration not for sell. Stores dont sell samples, they give you what you paid for, a brand new one out for box, but not this store. But I can say the two younger ladies were very sweet. But this store will never see me again. I wish I could give zero stars. Terrible store, dont waste your time.

Poor Customer Service- Zero policy about exchange of damaged items. I purchased a glass bottle of Black Castor Oil for my hair. I dropped the bag and the glass broke into mini pieces. I was very hopeful that they would damage out the bottle; politely exchange the $12.00 small bottle of oil that I normally pay $7.00 for in Georgia. These foreign people come into our community and treat us with zero respect and happily take our money. The witch that I spoke to refused to exchange the bottle and showed a very superior attitude. Very disappointed. I guess they get enough repeat customers that they dont care about losing one customer. Its not so much about not getting my money back or not having the ability to exchange the item. It was the behavior of the Asian, Vietnamese womans facial expression and her body language..." we lose money" "its your fault". I will never shop at this store again. My choice!! I travelled to another store to repurchase the oil and the African American young lady sold me the same item and nicely wrapped the glass bottle in bubble wrap. I was very appreciative.

The fact that they only sell you wigs off of the mannequins head is disgusting. And Im the one who was looked at crazy when I said "Im not buying a wig (full price) mind you that dozens of people tried on" Theres a reason beauty supply stores dont do that. Its unsanitary & where Im from the health dept enforces that. Straight nasty & you people who accept that & still buy them are stupid. Doesnt matter if they make you use a wig cap. Do your homework people. Secondly the lil rude light skin girl needs to watch her mouth & keep her opinions to herself. Shes going cross the wrong one, one day & someones going to pop her country hillbillie ass in the mouth. Edit: the person below me is so on point with her review. And Im actually going to call the health dept/code enforcement. If all other states make that mandatory, why is SC not included?

THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE I WAS TRYING TO ASK HER SOMETHING SHE PUT UP 1 FINGER AND TOLD ME TO WAIT AND NEVER CAME TO ASSIST ME THATS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS!
