Worst customer service and cashiers in ALL of Hopewell/PG. Three weeks ago, I stood at customer service for fifteen minutes while an associate smoked (apparently, she was the only one qualified to talk to a customer) and upon her return, she rudely said, "thats out of order" and threw up a sign on the counter. Had she done it already, I wouldnt have wasted 15 minutes. Yesterday while there, I had to wait for my cashier to finish her conversation with a fellow employee that had just arrived, before she completed my transaction. It wasnt a business related one either. THESE people are the worst!!! Skip this store and save a little aggravation in your life!

Food Lion stores as a whole is what I expect when it comes to Customer service, clean bathrooms, excellent fresh departments and fully stocked shelves. I enjoy store 1318 where you can count on Charles Bocook and his Team to deliver extraordinary service!

Has what every grocery store has. Surprisingly though, they have a great Hispanic food section. This is my go to for that. My main complaint is how long you have to wait in line. Dont go there if you need a quick in and out shopping experience.
