Wow! What a disappointment. Been using Discount (at other locations) for over 15 years. Always good pricing and great service…until now. Called 1 hr. before going in to see what the wait was. Told 30 minutes tops. After arriving waited 15 mins. without even being acknowledged or greeted. Only one new customer received any service during that time and there were 5 employees at the front counters (all on the phone apparently waiting for words of wisdom from afar). Listened to one customer loudly vocalize his extreme disenchantment with service and time it took to replace one tire. Talked to two others. Both waiting over 1 ½ hours at the time I talked with them. Either this location is very poorly managed or is very understaffed or both. I believe probably both. Gave up and will drive into San Antonio. Won’t give this location a second chance. Go to Walmart or drive to SA. This place, under current management is a disaster.

Highly recommend! I woke up to head out on the next leg of my cross country road trip to these big bulges on my tires. I was just passing through this area of Texas and was nervous about finding a reasonable place to get them replaced, but a friend recommended Discount Tire. I called to explain my situation and Austin was very helpful, assuring me several options were in stock for my car. When I arrived, Austin greeted me in the parking lot with a smile and even remembered my name. He was great at making recommendations based on my vehicle, driving habits, and budget. I feel like he did everything he could to get me a good deal. Even without an appointment, I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Huge thanks to Austin and his team at Discount Tire for getting me back on the road!

I have bought a few sets of tires from Discount Tire in Kerrville, with all positive experiences. Ive always been treated with respect and courtesy. Ive watched them change tires, and Im impressed by their thoroughness. Waiting times can be long, but I am confident they do a good job. They arent flipping burgers back there, so have some patience. They always have free hot coffee and cold water available. They repaired tires for me, for free, that I didnt even buy there.

I have been using Discount Tire in Kerrville exclusively for 10 years +/-.......Ive never been disappointed with the service. The staff there is awesome and even when they are totally snowed under not one team member has ever failed to be courteous or helpful. I will continue to give them 100% of my business. Ive actually purchased over $2K worth of awesome rubber from them last month!!!! Keep up the good work guys!!!!!!!

My visit here was quick, service friendly and always reasonably priced. However, I urge everyone to make an appointment. The reason people have to wait any length of time is because they come as a walk in. You will be expected to wait for there are already people who have reservations. Its easy to make online and helps Discount plan accordingly.

My son bought his first car and needed tires. Not only did we get a sale on tires but we brought in two of the tires off the car because one was flat. Then they put us first in line when we brought the car in a few minutes later to get the other two tires done. Great service and great work done. They installed the lug nuts we brought in too.

So far so good. Discount Tire handles tires the way you would expect from a large chain wheel and tire vendor. Quality of product is great. Service from employees is typically good with a flair for upsell. Missing one star for prioritizing sales and upselling over service and customer/product retention.

Everyone is helpful, more than one employee stops to enquire if you have been helped. The products are great. They stick to their word, when something bad happens to a tire they are quick to fix the matter, including replacement of the tire if necessary. Everyone is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Ive been a customer for several years. Yesterday I brought in my wifes car with original factory tires, one with a screw in it. Got in promptly, got tire fixed, no charge even though I hadnt purchased those tires from Discount! Very courteous service, will definitely be back. 5 stars!

Guy comes out to see my flat tire and after a quick glance says. We cant fix this tire. We have to sell you a new one. My tire is brand new just had a in it. Seems like they have been focusing more on sales and less on customer service lately

Go to A&A that it is right down the street. They are actually honest and dont make you wait a hour in the lobby for tires they dont even have, especially when you called a hour in advance and they said that they were available.

Had an appointment for 5 new (2017) tires. At completion of installation, 2016 tires were put on. They found 3, 2017 tires that they could put on and ordered 2 new 2017. Will follow up when new tires are installed.

Front counter was very unfriendly, use to come here all the time when Kurtis Hancock was here, think Ill make the drive to marble falls where he is to get the quality service he provides

Anytime you have a flat or anything wrong g with your tires, come here. All are very friendly and as prompt as possible. Get here early because there can be lines at 7:30 already.
