My brother in law was kicked out for coming in with socks on and no shoes. Normally this is perfectly reasonable for businesses due to health concerns and safety. However my brother in law was in there to buy shoes because he has no shoes. They wouldnt even give my wife a chance to explain this and very rudely told him to get out. Goodwill? Goodwill towards who? Obviously not those in need.

Rude cashier. I was playing with the door when it got stuck open. I was pulling it,trying to fix it and the cashier said in a rude voice " Dont pull on that!" What the heck? Who says that to a person with an imagination? I never saw the cashier after that day ever again. BTW the cashier was a girl and I forgot her name. And this happened a few years ago.

This place has really improved. It used to be pretty disorganized and not very clean. But now it actually looks really nice when you walk in, very organized, and the bathrooms are clean. I have found many great treasures here!
