I would rate this store zero if I could. Im not a frequent shopper at Ralphs but my boyfriend and I decided to do a little grocery shopping and we came to this store since this one is open 24 hours. I grab two different kinds of ice cream one didnt have a price so I took both with me to the check out to ask the price. So at the check out the cashier which also happens to be a manager starts checking us out and scans all of the items including both the ice creams I ask him if he would tell me the price of both and he ignores my question and asks for the Ralphs reward card so I repeat the same question and thats when he explains to me that he would tell me after I gave him the number once all of the discounts were appplied. I brought it to his attention that I felt like he ignored my question and he said "no I assume you shop here all of the time so I thought you knew how it works" I ignore his comment and he continues to check us out. He comes to a large bottle of Fireball which when we picked up to purchase as a gift, there were two signs that said $10.99 we were surprised but figured the price was wrong, following retail policy though you would think a manager would honor the price, he didnt he argued that the bottles werent actually sitting over the price that read $10.99 that the space where the bottles were actually sitting there is no price. Even the security himself went to go check the shelf where the bottles are sitting and tried to help us but the manager still wouldnt listen. I wouldnt have sat there and argued with him and it wasnt so much an argument over the bottle anymore but he really bothered me because of his attitude. Point is this so called manager had a rude attitude and horrible customer service. Between being ignored and rude comments we really didnt appreciate his service. For anyone wondering his name is Dexter.

We had an extremely negative mouth dropping experience at this store. No store should have an employee with such rude and unprofessional attitude in their warehouse let alone in the public sector. The reason Im writing this review is because I called the corporate office with my experience, they contacted the store manager (Teresa) and she handled the matter with such professionalism, she impressed us with her customer service skills. She escalated the matter, looked into the process needed to correctly address the issue. Teresa, we visit your store about 2 to 3 times a year, daily for about 4 days. Your quick responce and professionalism will keep us customers as long as we camp nearby. Thank you Ralphs for your timely manner of addressing issues. One Happy customer!

They have a Very Rude Cashier. She was unpleasant, glared at me and rolled her eyes as if she either didnt appreciate the fact that she is employed (in this economy a job shouldnt be taken for granted) or the fact that she just didnt want to work. I exited her line and went to another cashier. The store Manager had the same nasty non caring attitude. Date of service March 11, 2012 Time of check out 9:20 pm Store address 500 N. Stopped by on my way to the airport early morning and found one of the cashiers with a bad attitude. Not disrespectful but just with an attitude that she didnt want to be there. There was no other lanes open so evryone had to go to her lane eitherway and took longer than expected. The store has all the things you would need and expect just wiuld be great to have a decent and friendly staff

This place always has the best customer service. The variety of prepared meals is very good. This place is always clean. And the lines at the registers are always short and fast. Theres another Ralphs closer to my house, but it doesnt compare to this one, so I always prefer to drive the extra couple of miles to come to this one. Its so worth it.

This market is very close to LAX. Make a great stop to get something before or after from the airport. Also idea I like to stay around there before pick up someone haha. Anyway it is good to have a market like this and also has starbucks nearby make time fly.

They have a nice selection and the store is generally very clean. They are currently remodeling so some areas are updated and others are stripped down in preparation of the remodel. Enter with caution and be very careful walking on uneven surfaces.

Best part about this store is, its open 24 hours. You can almost get everything you wanted. Conveniently located. Well organised and neat and clean store. I do most of my grocery from this store and I really like it. Staff is very helpful.

Not sure if this place deviates from other Ralphs by much. Ralphs is a little too pricey for me and they usually dont carry what i cant find from nearby discount markets, so really no reason to shop here unless i want to simply pay more.

I Always have loved this store. Its always fully stocked, has wide isles, lines move quick and professional staff for the most part...although i must mention that the staff usually do not greet or smile...but still a great store.

The location: El Segundo (on Sepulveda & Mariposa. A few cashiers are in need of friendliness and this evening 20 to 20 kids were running a muck!! Best location is Westchester! They still have some issues BUT it will do.

Its the closes stop to the beach. Have loyalty card ready. You can save quite a bit. Fruit is always fresh. Lines might be a bit long but your wait is short. Staff is nice. Full deli as well for picnicking at the beach.

Fantastic staff who are super helpful and willing to lend a hand in finding any item youre looking for. Well laid out store making it easy to efficiently find your items. Bathroom is huge! Great discount food items too.

Starbucks here is great. The manager violet suggested some yummy ice coffe and i hate strong tasting coffee but boy it was yummy. Great manager!") the market i can not say much cause i only went to the starbucks.

this was my go to grocery store when I lived in El segundo. very clean and organized. they just renovated a few months ago so the whole store is updated. they also have a Starbucks inside the store now.

Not the nicest or cleanest Ralphs out there, but it is the busiest. Staff is alright somewhat stoic except for a thin black dude stocker whos there at the later shift he makes that store worth gold.

If you have a card, quality goods can be real cheap here. One star less because I came here twice, and on both occasion the staff had an excuse not to make me a card, so got it from another store

crowded but the deli was well stocked. Hard find things here because it is smaller than other stores and the shelves are crowded and it is difficult to park and get in out of the parking lot.

Pretty good shopping. A little small but they have a good variety of options and have great prices. They usually have some pretty good sales every week so be sure to check out their ads.
