Came in for sandwiches. (Something I regularly pick up from grocery stores.) They dont carry any that are premade. And they had nothing to offer me as an alternative. Two employees tried to "help" me. Neither of them had any clue what real customer service is. One even acted like hed never heard of such a thing and just stood there with his teeth in his mouth as if he had nothing better to do. Horrible. Ive had much better service and attention at Albertsons

Terrible bakery service from one of the girls who works there. I have had 2 very negative interactions with her ... enough to ensure I will never order anything from there again. Her curt, short, and "doesnt want to be bothered" attitude is terrible for a service-based industry where there are many other stores and options to choose from.

My friend and I went to the deli to pick up some potato salad and mac salad and were immediately greeted by the friendliest Deli worker of ALL grocery store Delis, Mazal. Mazal was SO patient, and kind. She is definitely a true example of what great customer service is about. I hope Ralphs will find this and give her some Kudos!

This Ralphs is where I shop everyday. And I have to say everyone there are so friendly!! Specially, Joslyn & May in Deli, and Isela-spelling not sure in Flower Department. They all go out of their way to help me ALL the time. And I want to let them know how much I appriecate them. They are GREAT!!!

Three weeks ago after work I bought a rotiserie chicken and it was pink, yesterday I sent my daughter to get another one , and after we had it chopped to pieces I noticed the inside blood pink, really you guys dont have a thermostat? Never again.
