Its a Vons like any other. I just find many of the employees here are not happy people. Ive had issues with lady whos always outside bringing in the cart. Stay clear of her. She gives me this weird stare when Im returning to the car as if Im going to do something. She got into a very loud argument with a lady she accused of leaving a cart by my car. Even after being told the lady just arrived and wasnt the one, the cart lady wouldnt stop yelling. I asked a lady in produce if they carried dill and I was grunted at. She also told me there was a limit to how much of something I could buy. I wasnt buying a lot. The cashier told me otherwise. As long as you dont interact with the employees you should be fine because sometimes youll just run into someone wholl make you think humanity is going to waste. Otherwise this place is great. The Starbucks people there are always nice on the other hand.

Awful customer service! The sign on the door of the store dates they are open until 1 a.m. so when we arrived at the checkout stand at 12:51, a man whose name I believe was Dion, stated that he was the Store Manager, and he informed us that he had already shut down their system and was unable to ring us up for our groceries. I started to protest with him that it was still before 1am, but he hardly let me finish my sentence before he quickly said that it was not his problem because was already off the clock, and continued on to tell me that Im lucky that he is going to go ahead and do me a favor by ringing me up after the system was back up and threatened me that he could just go home and Id have to come back in the morning! Totally disrespectful and unprofessional.

this is the worst grocery store i have ever shopped at..i only go here cuz its the only store in the middle of hacienda hts..today i went in @ 730 am ,no one in deli , was told i couldnt buy any thing.. in the past ive waited @ checkstand while cashier had to finish texting on her phone .another time credit card machine was not reading my card cashier told me to get in a different line. one deli worker slices cheese the way he feels like regardless of what i reguest,says it cant be any thinner even though all other employees can do it.

Vons is vons, but Ive really really appreciated the customer service at this Vons, and over time they have also improved their customer service and corrected some wrongs that I personally experienced. They have great managers and are responsive and the layout is good. The flower section is worth dropping by, and thank you for providing organic options. Would be nice if you guys started to pick up some good yogurts though, if you would take a page from Sprouts or Trader Joes.

I stopped by for lunch. Ordered the chicken, bacon avocado. They didnt have avocado but guacamole. I said fine. It was Brown and looked like it had been sitting out for hours. I asked to heat up my chicken. They acted like I was from another planet. I have ordered this same lunch at plenty of other vons and never had a issue. Will not return to this location again

To expensive if we would get decent service I could over look. But also have to wait 15 minutes plus to get checked out. Vons brag about more than 3 people in line you open more lines.(WHAT HAPPENED). I HAVE BEEN IN THE STORE AND THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED AT ALL. When I go to other stores I get better service and less money.

Produce overpriced and understaffed due to rude cashiers who strike. the union killed grocery stores why not just have self checkout and lower prices on food items. fuel prices have come down but not food prices wth?

Standard american supermarket. For cheapest vegetables and fruits go to asian supermarkets, but for dependable and clean meats go to Vons. Opens til 12AM. Has a starbucks inside that is fast, and small lines.

I always shop at Vons. From what I see in the other market adds, Vons prices are not more expensive. I have always been satisfied with the quality and selection of their produce and meats.

It had that thing i needes once. I also enjoy the cleaning solution they use to clean the floors with, it smells strange. P.S. Sometimes rhe chocolate is too close to the bananas

Deon is a Great Employee guy makes you just feel welcomed shopping there. I dont know how he isnt the Manager there. Catch him working the night shift making you laugh!

Quality, fresh, and affordable. Vones is a great supermarket to shop at. The Vones card is a must if you want to save some money. Youll get incredible savings with it.

Place is clean, staffs are friendly enough. There are usually a long lines for check out. It gives me the impression that this place is constantly under staffs.

The lines are so long now. It is the only grocery store around. They do not staff it well at all. Also the fresh cut up fruit isnt the best.
