I went in to talk to the HR lady, Julie who didnt show up until 8:11 am for her scheduled shift that started at 8:00 am. Once she showed up I told her that I just needed to talk to her about something really quickly. The subject was going to take about 5 minutes at the most. I was then told that because I didnt have a meeting I wasnt allowed to talk to her because she had an hour long meeting coming up and that it made her whole day to busy to talk to anyone. Before this I put in an application 2 weeks prior and had called numerous times before this with no return phone calls at all from Julie. It really is irritating when you need to talk to someone about an important topic and they say that they dont have any time for you at all, but they have time to be late to work? Just a perspective from a Veteran and student. We all have busy schedules but two weeks is unexceptional for not calling someone back or sending an email, or even just talking to them for 5 minutes. The worst part is the fact that I have had to fire people for being a minute later and I know very many people who have been late by 10 seconds and been fired or written up, but she is allowed to be 11 minutes late and no adverse reactions happens to her? No offense but I would not want to work let alone do business with a company that cannot hold their staff accountable for their actions especially someone who should know better then to be late.

You know what..I love this place. They may not have EVERYTHING I need at once, if I dont call it in beforehand, but theyll get it ASAP and hold it for me. I make purchases from mainly both Sacramento AND Woodlands stores all the time, and Im never disappointed, regardless of which particular one I walk into. Staff really knows their stuff, cares about your satisfaction, recommends parts for future reference (depending on your project), and has decent or fair prices. Good old-fashioned proper service. Theres a certain standard they seem to have, mixing friendly service, and at least general knowledge and/or common sense into one, and it works. I like the fact that if they dont know the answer to something, theyll find it. I dont sign up for many memberships or rewards programs, but I like to buy from these folks enough to actually do so. Theres always an older staff I can talk to about restoration and they know their way around a carbed V8, and I love it. Never got that kind of knowledge anywhere else besides a vintage shop or something. Ive been a very frequent customer for a few years, and I think Ill keep it that way for quite a few more!

Okay bought an alternator from west Sacramento store put it in car doesnt work took it too midas auto shop paid 60$ to find out alternator is not working. Ok brought it back to w sac store out of stock and told Northgate store had it got to this place old guy took my alternator and started to check it on machine ok alternator is fine your car is problematic told by guy got upset and left the store went to Fulton store got lucky their machine was down they swaped the part went back installed it and working fine now . They should pay the mechanic expense but where . Will not buy parts from napa again thank you

This is a store and distribution center... they have never not had a part I needed. Its a little bit oyt of the way, but not hard to find. Head north on Northgate Boulevard past the Frys about 2 blocks its on your left. Great staff, lots of inventory.

Very helpful staff. This time I just needed a bulb for tail light, but they treat everyone like you are VIP. Love the place, except for the TVs. Customers dont generally stay long enough to need entertainment.

This is the hub for the Sacramento Area so there is a good chance they will have the parts you need in stock. Always lots of people around to help you. Can get busy during the lunch hours but not always.

The best and biggest auto parts store in Sacramento area, staff are knowledgeable and professional. Conveniently located off Northgate Blvd just a few minutes from i80. Open weekends too.
