Stay away, or be wise. Steve the (fatsxx) manager is not trustworthy. This place is crowded due to Firestones cheap oil chng coupons..but when u checkhin..all they try is too upsell u for everything..tires, maintennace pkgs, undesired or unneeded stuff..just so they can easily ripoff couple of hundred dollars off u. ..but if u deny all these upsell..Steve treats u as dirt...yr vehicle will be sitting hours, while those who got fooled and paid more, get their vehicles seriviced soon...even with an appointment, had to wait 3.5 hrs for oil chng. .I watched for 3 hrs today, every customer was talked well into upscaling..I was told all my tires need to be changed..I did not trust him...so asked one of their own mechanics...who then quietly told me, dont buy 4 tires, as I still have 8 to 10 months left on it...I advice u..watchout when u r at firestone...and better be aware of competitors pricing, bcoz these guys will simply rip u off in a minutes, with smart forceful talk...Be wise...look other places for oil change. My experience with Michael was fine. He tried up-selling, but still was honest in issues with the vehicle and work to be performed. Stay away from fatsxx Steve. Update on FS Credit card: Be careful. DO Not sign creditcard with them. Initially I was told on signing, I do not have to pay for 6 months. After 3 months, I never looked at my account assuming it was 6 months no pymt..but then, Firestone was hitting me with $40 in late payments and not ready to negotiate. This firestone owners are liars. stay away

I called to see if they could do a "Brake" job for my 2001 and I come to be told that they can NOT use the parts that I bought from OReillys. Firestone buys their parts from OReillys and all I wanted is help to put the brakes on and to have them adjusted.. well when I spoke to Eric he told me that they buy all the part commercially and that they can NOT use the same parts that I bought. I dont get it ... its from the same store I / they buy from and they cant work on my vehicle.. really? I understand that but these parts were bought 10/03/15, they are still like new... I understand if they cant give me a warranty but to have me pay for all new parts is ridiculous.... I was looking for a place for all my cars to be fixed at and thought about it after I hung up with him.... I wont be taking my vehicles to them even if they are close! Thanks for nothing... I do get that they are "Used" parts in some people eyes but if you were "Referred" by the people they buy their parts from why not use them also, than on top of that these parts I bought have a LIFE TIME WARRANTY" ... Wow! oh yea... he tells me to go to a MOM/POP shop" seriously.... thanks for nothing.

If you dont want to be sold for services by car dealerships for a Tire Alignment service that is at least $150 per service, buy a Firestone LIFETIME Alignment Warranty for about $199. I have one for 8 months now which I bought after buying a set of 4 tires from Firestone. I havent used it yet so I decided to use it on July 21, 2016. I went to 3 Firestone Complete Auto Care shops along the route of my trip before arriving at the Milpitas branch. None of the first 3 shops were able to accommodate me for a Tire Alignment service without an appointment for that day. It was different though at the Milpitas branch. Though there were customers who were waiting for their services to be done and I arrived at 2 pm already, I was still accommodated and my needed service was completed at 3 pm. My Service Record showed that I was in at 2:05 and was out at 3:03 pm. In and out in less than an hour. They also never tried to sell me any service or forced me to buy anything though on my future tire needs, Ill be buying it from them. Great Service from the Milpitas Firestone Complete Auto Care.

You might get a raw deal if you have some tires that you didnt buy from them. I come here every 6 months to get the alignments fixed for my tires as I bought the lifetime alignment from them. They are supposed to rotate the tires as well, 3 of which I bought from them. However, since I dont end up getting any of the changes that they suggest or try to sell to me, they are not making any money off me when I go there. They havent rotated my tire which I didnt buy from them in my last two visits. Last time, I only had a suspicion, but this time I was sure, I even told them that they didnt rotate one of my tires, and the jackasses were just laffing off, and trying to prove me wrong. I knew exactly where the non-firestone was when I came into the store, I dont think they even rotated my other tires, its so difficult to tell as they are all the same. I just dont know why I keep coming back here. This is the most pathetic auto care center. Next time I going to visit another Firestone center to get my tire rotation and alignment. Hope they dont do the same to me!

I came in asking for specific alignment specs as I have a track car. The alignment that I brought the car in was completely off. Unfortunately they werent able to get the front close to my request at all, but they could tell that I was unsatisfied as the right front tire had camber that was positive instead of negative. They let me have the alignment for an extremely reasonable price, so I was completely satisfied. They suggested I get a camber kit. If I do upgrade the suspension, which I do plan on, I will definitely consider coming back. Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the guy that helped me out, but he was asian, tall, and level headed.

I have made an appointment for an oil change. Although I have had an appointment, I was told that it would take an hour or an hour and a half. I came two hours later. They did not even touch my car. I reminded them. The older guy did not even apologize for the delay. He tried to explain to me that visiting Firestone is similar to visiting doctors office. So his point was having an appointment does not mean anything. I am totally frustrated. At least, this guy should have apologized and offered a discount in return for their mistake. I dont recommend anyone to go to this store.

my Camry oil was leaking somewhere down in the engine . So i decided to go to fire stone since it was close to my house. They were basically predicting it may be this may be that and finally they changed the gasket they thought that was the issue he took $ 750 at first place and the problem was still there so i decided to go back and fixed it that cost me another $ 800 dollars they ripped us off and oil is still leaking. I dont know what to say to them. yell at them or ..?

I dont know why people are complaining about Firestone. The person at the front desk was upfront when it was going to take a while. Sure he asked to replace some stuff, but dont they all. I didnt find the front desk person rude at all. When my service was done, they pulled the car to the front curb. I dont usually do reviews but I think people are bashing on Firestone for no reason.
