The team was outstanding they made sure that we had everything we needed to make a safe trip home with our family. they mounted balanced my tires. Of course thats there job. lol. Its the way they went above and beyond anything I have ever experience. The office staff put the safety of my family first and foremost. And worked with us in a way i have never expected. And to everyone who works in the garage.. I have never in my life been treated with the altmost curtisty and thoughtfulness the way your crew cares..Thanks to you all. By far the best customer service I have ever had with my vehicle, I wish more mechanics were this trustworthy. I took my 2012 Chevy Cruze in for a check of a tire, and a tire rotation. They not only did my tire rotation free of charge, they also patched my tire that was losing air and fixed one of my TPMS sensors FOR FREE. I walked out of there not being charged, happy with the job that they did, and will definitely go back. My only complaint was having to wait to talk to somebody, but they were very busy at the time and I dont assume that happens that often.

This is an excellent business, Ive never had a single bad experience here. The staff is sincerely friendly, honest, and helpful. They will air up your tires any time for free. I went in with two tires that were constantly losing pressure; it turned out one tire had a nail in it and the other had a sensor leak. They fixed both and an employee handed me a paper and my keys, and I asked if I went up to the desk to pay and they told me there was no charge. They also provide free coffee and bottled water while you wait.

These guys will replace a valve stem, or patch a flat tire (as long as it isnt a sidewall puncture, and tire is less than 10yrs old) for FREE - thats right, it doesnt cost you a dime, even if you didnt purchase your tire(s) from them in the first place! I havent found many places that will do this, and as such I always consider them first when Im in the market for new tires. This company deserves your business!

Always happy with the tires and service, and have been through many tires and years with them. When my 40k set of tires werent here on schedule, they replaced them with 85k tires for the same price. They also offer free services, like free puncture repair and rotation if you buy with them. Will always recommend.

I went in to get a quote on tires. they were priced slightly higher than the dealership and i was about to leave . The salesman asked why and when i told him he matched and beat the price , had me in and out quickly , and even found a used spare for me .I was very pleased and will be back for all my tire needs.

I went in 15min after they had "closed" for the evening and even though there would be 4 cars ahead of me, the guys put my car in line. After it was finished, I was expecting a bill, but much to my surprise, my service (fixing a hole from a nail) was FREE. Yep, FREE. They sure have my future business!!

Poor service and quality. Purchased 50k mile tires that didnt even get half their life. When I made the appointment and dropped off car, was told it will be taken care of. Was never given a quote nor even told Id have to pay for replacement tires that were defective. Small claims court here we come !!!!
