I have gotten nothing but bad experiences at this office first I schedule an appointment for my kids they said the closest appointment they could give me was two and a half months out so I agreed one week before the appointment they called me to cancel for an unforseen situation Wich I thought no big deal right. Way later I called to reschedule my appointment and they gave me a Saturday appointment Wich on their website it says that they are close on Saturdays I called the office and they confirmed that it was closed we were at the door pulling the door and it wouldnt opened and the hours on the door said mon-fri closed Saturday so I call the emergency line for the on call nurse and she told me that she couldnt understand why they gave me that appointment since they dont open on Saturday well after that I called the office and they said that they were opened for Saturday but the phones dont work and also they were having trouble with a the door because it wouldnt opened schedulers dont work on Saturday but the office was opened she offered to reschedule but I turned it down since it seems that they dont know anything on how to run that business so all in all Im taking my business elsewhere too much hussle and Its not worth jumping thru many hoops just to get my kids glasses. If there was less than one star I would rate this office a big Negative One
I have been wearing contact lenses for 25 years, and have NEVER had such a horrible experience with an optometrists office. The lack of attention to my case was overwhelming. As a new patient, i was required to pay an additional $65 for a "fitting"??? ....which I didnt even receive. They handed me my boxes of lenses, and sent me on my way. No solution, no case, or any instructions on my new lenses. They didnt seem to care a single bit that i went out of my way and waited 2 weeks for this appointment, just to be passed over as unimportant. I would give fewer than one star if i could. Dont waste your time here, you could get much better service and care at a WalMart optical center.
Probably wont go here again. Got a contacts prescription, the exam and Dr. Dekuiper was great. They give you a very bare bones receipt. I wanted to get contacts online and found a rebate that required a more detailed receipt. I asked the person about this and they told me it would take the billing department about a month to send one out. A month! I waited and after 2 months nothing ever came. I wont be using them again and I dont recommend it for you either.
Ordered contacts before Thanksgiving and told they would be in on Thanksgiving Eve and they would call when in. December 1 I called to inquire and was told they were on the UPS truck for delivery on December 2. Show up at the office on December 2 to pick them up only to find out they are closed as of 11 a.m. that day for a holiday party. You couldnt have mentioned that when I was on the phone just yesterday?
The doctor was 50 minutes late and we were her first appointment of the day. After that she spent maybe 10 minutes with my infant over the course of two exams and rushed us off without the chance to process what she was telling us or to come up with questions. No apology was offered for keeping an infant waiting nearly an hour in an exam room. Really disappointed with the experience.
I had a great experience! The entire staff was very welcoming when I arrived and each staff member I encountered was very personable and friendly! Candace helped me pick out my new glasses and she was very helpful and new just what style would fit my face best. I am going back with my daughter and would highly recommend! Cant wait for my new glasses to arrive!
Stopped in to look at some shades they had. Candace and Leah were so helpful and patient in helping me pick out sunglasses that fit my face shape and budget. Go see these girls!!
