I went by this past Saturday to drop off my bracelet. I realized that on one of my charm bracelets some charms were soldered on wrong. Carol was the lady that took care of me...absolute best customer service..she offered to move around my charms and have the other ones flipped around...i went by later today to pick up...my bracelet looks so much better..Thanks Carol

Went by today to purchase a couple of charms and a bracelet for my nieces birthday and Yasmin, the young lady that assisted me was very sweet, always smiled and was very knowledgeable. I knew exactly what I wanted and she knew the codes without having to look them up, which is amazing. I love this store!!!

I would say they are very organized on the weekened of Mothers day they got there lines in order always telling the customer what line is which just in case they were new customers. Great customer service everybody in the register or even on the sales floor were very helpful.
