Horrible customer service. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I got to the shop at 5:57 PM to pick up my pearls for my wedding. They were closed, though the hours are from 9-6. The man who works there was in an SUV with his wife. He saw me approach the store (at 5:57)... So, yes, its almost closing time but not quite!!!!! After I rang the bell and noticed they were closed (still, not yet 6), my fiancé noticed the man in the SUV had looked at me ringing the bell and left!!!!!!! I saw him at the light and casually asked him if he worked at Elegant Jewelers. He said he did but he didnt own it. I told him it was my wedding day the next day and if he could possibly let me in (since they were not closed)!!!!!! He said no. I would need to call the owner.... With an attitude! I was very kind to him and pleaded with him to let me in and he insisted he didnt have a key.... OK. His wife was in the passenger seat laughing. SO....I cant say enough how irritating and completely unprofessional that was. Now dont get me wrong.... He maybe didnt have a key... But I seriously doubt it. Beyond this, the pearls were not ready when they were supposed to be originally (about a week ago), so, of course, we didnt have a choice but to give them more time. YOU FIRST DONT HAVE MY PURCHASE READY WHEB YOURE SUPPOSED TO, but on top of that, you tell me "not to show up at 5:57 when they close at 6:00"...????? Yes, he actually had the audacity to tell me this. OK. Well, heres some advice for you-if your hours are from 9-6, that actually means that you dont lock your doors UNTIL 6. Imagine that. I know common sense is not all that common, but come on!!!! He simply didnt want to help a customer who had already paid for their service because he wanted to leave a couple of minutes early. Horrible customer service. I am the kind of person who appreciates good customer service.... You know-the golden rule; do unto others. Just take my advice and go somewhere else.

I have been a customer of Elegant Jewelers for years and there is clearly a difference between the level of service and knowledge compared to the big box jewelers in the malls. Over the years, I have brought several pieces in for repair and customization and they have always exceeded my expectations. . You would be hard-pressed to find another jeweler that offers the same quality of service at such a reasonable price, and they ALWAYS stand behind their work.

excellent!! Ive used this jeweler for all of our needs..watch batteries, repairs, etc for the better part of 25 plus years...and always excellent work, they have an excellent reputation so no worries about the quality of work thats being done. If you need a jeweler this is where you should go. Their hours are what youd expect for a small business run by its owners..the work is worth the wait for your schedule.

The best in old fashioned from the heart customer service! Needed 2 watch batteries. Thinking Id have to leave them for days as I had at other stores, I was told " Ill have these fixed for you" and within 15 minutes I was taken care if. Please please support local businesses. Theyre the heart and soul of our community.

The owners of Elegant jewelers are to kind and friendly. They were very helpful when I lost a pin from my watch band and they had it ready in one business day. I will definitely be going back to them when its time to pick out my wedding band!
