I had a wonderful experience with Harold and his team. I was a first-time shopper for an engagement ring, but I had shopped for jewelry before at bigger chain-type stores. In the past...I always felt like someone was trying to get the better of me. Harolds team was on a different planet from a lot of those places. There were no frills, and they made the process simple, clear and honest. In the end, Harold helped me find a stone and setting that were within my budget, he directly addressed a lot of my fears and concerns, and my now-fiancee was thrilled with the product (which, as he pointed out when finished answering all of my questions about the relative importance of all the different diamond features...having a happy fiancee at the end who doesnt ever want to take off the ring is the most important part of the process). There are a lot of jewelry stores around (and I certainly went to a few in the process), but no other place made me feel as comfortable with everything. In fact, I feel so strongly about that last statement, that I think it would be worth anyones while to visit with Harold and his team early in the process no matter what youre thinking. It can only help...particularly if you have never shopped for an engagement ring before. I met with Harold after doing some research online, and I went around to a few other places around Houston after talking with him. I was just a "number" for the other places. Nobody else came close to speaking my language. If I could go back in time and go through the process again, I wouldnt have changed a thing. Thank you, Harold!

Harold Reese Jewelry has been my personal favorite store for over 20 years. The Owner, Harold Reese has always taken the quality time for me even if he is swamped with customers and orders. He remembers everything I tell him and knows my personal taste in jewelry better than I do. Harolds staff is nothing short of a blessing to deal with. Everyone is always warm and polite and their knowledge of different styles and designers is unparalleled to other companies . They carry the best selection and if its not there they can get what you want quickly. Sure you can find cheap jewelry at a chain store but you cant find the years of experience and dedication anywhere else. The prices are not over the top and I can always count on finding something reasonable for a gift. This is a store worth stopping by and checking out. They are great people.

The crown of my Rolex broke, didnt want it get repaired anywhere else so I had been planning a trip to go to Rolex Repair Center in New York or Dallas so I can get it fixed; then I saw Harold Reese’s advertisement on the tv, and its only 25 miles drive, so why not try it? When my fiancé and I walked in to the store, I was surprised, Harold himself was there. He engaged us into a warm and genuine conversation right away and connected with him. He is amiable, down-to-earth, people-oriented and very trustworthy. I am glad I found this place and did not have to spend more money for a trip. I am so very pleased with the level of service that I received, I am using my favorite watch once again. I highly recommend this place to everyone. My husband bought my engagement and wedding ring here 6 years ago. Harold Reese sells unique, one of a kind rings. I get complements all the time about my wedding ring. Just recently, my husband also surprised me with a beautiful earring and necklace set Harold recommended. The set is absolutely beautiful; clear bright diamonds that definitely catch your eye. Needed a replacement diamond for my wifes ring. I wanted to surprise her with it on Mothers Day. Like most men I waited to the last minute went into Harold Reese as he is close to my office. Purchased a diamond at 5:00pm he told me it would be ready the next day maybe at the end of the business day. To my surprise he worked on it that night and morning and it was ready to go by lunch.
