I recently used Kingwood Pawn & Jewelry as an FFL for a firearm purchase. I was not aware of their hours of operation and I called their business at 8:30 AM not knowing they did not open until 10:00AM. They answered the phone, I told them what I wanted, rather than tell me to call back at 10:00 AM, they took my information over the phone, told me they would call me when my item arrived. Two days later I got their call, I went and picked up my item and my experience dealing with Kingwood Pawn & Jewelry was excellent. The personnel were very customer oriented and I will definitely go back!!

I visited Kingwood Pawn & Jewelry today for a firearm transfer. Their transfer fee is only $25. Very nice, friendly people. The transaction went smooth with no issues. Also got a suggestion on where to buy 22LR ammunition for the firearm I purchased since the ammo recommended for my firearm is extremely hard to find. I highly recommend using Kingwood Pawn & Jewelry for your firearm transfer. They are conveniently open on Saturdays too.

Good luck calling to ask a question from someone at this location someone there has a real sharp attitude that we dont take that item First time Ive ever called to do business with them someone there lacks a basic intelligence how to talk to people correctly. theres other ways to sale your goods,craigslist ,offer up app,eBay ,To name a few .

Called too make sure if they buy electronics I dont need that are new, the guy who answered was impatient & very rude (which I was in the phone for less than 2 minutes) there is no need for such attitude, youre job is simple as proving good customer service.

They knowingly sold me a defective firearm and said that there was nothing they could do about it. I will never buy from them again. I did give them a good service score because they gave me a big smile when they sold it to me .

These guys are low class even by pawnshop standards. The "boss" has such poor negotiation skills he resorts to profanity and insults when he is unable to make a deal.
