While searching for engagement rings online I found Thomas Markle. After doing my due diligence and checking local jewelers reviews I decided to check out Thomas Markle. Being a first timer, I was a little unsure and nervous about the whole process. One step in the door and I was welcomed by a very friendly staff. One in particular, Annie Ramirez, is the reason I will be a returning customer. She was a shinning example of customer service from start to finish. Extremely knowledgable and helpful despite me being a noobie. After Annie helped me narrow down the design options Pascal took it from there and designed the perfect engagement ring. I couldnt be happier with the service and experience...not to mention the ring Pascal designed is stunning! Highly recommend!

I walked into this store not knowing anyone. I didnt know what to expect but I was completely surprised by how welcoming they were and accommodating. I was looking for a particular type of ring and the woman who worked with me (Sarah) was very patient and knowledgeable, answering any questions I had while more importantly listening to what I had to say and tried to fit my requirements while making me feel very welcome to browse and even offered me a beverage. It was a low pressure situation and it was refreshing. If you are looking for a good local jeweler and not some big shop place I would highly recommend Thomas Markle Jewelers.

loved the service! Everyone is so curtious, from the gentleman officer at the door to the people behind the counter. I need to have a wedding set that was passed down to me sized and cut. Tan assured me they would be safe and taken care of; he explained everything about what would be done and when I could pick my rings up. Every stone was extra clean and splarkly! I will highly recommend Thomas Markle Jewelers to everyone that is looking for professional curtious service. Will return with wrist watches that need a little TLC. Thank you!

Thomas Markle and the entire TEAM always goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. The staff is always very pleasant, friendly and prompt to greet you as well as take care of your needs in a timely and courteous manner. Today I had the pleasure to meet Tan Nguyen, Sales Consultant with TM. Tan treated me like family. It is great service like this that you want to share with others. When I first walked into the store, I thought it was going to be unfriendley. But I was greeted by a BIG WARM smile and friendley services!!! The sales clerks name was Liz and she treated me with so much respect as a customer that walked in with big eyes and little pocket book. Liz, took me around the store and showed me the items in my price range and I really appreciated that!!!! I will always come to this store first when looking for my jewerly because of the EXCELLENT customer service!!!!!!!

I came in to just view some pieces and the staff was very polite and helpful. Highly recommend TMJ for any jewelry purchases and service! Michelle was very helpful behind the counter showing me multiple watches. I did not feel rushed or at all pressured. All the employees I have spoke to presented themselves very professionally. I know being in sales it can be very demanding, but even though I was not purchasing that day they did not treat me like a waste of their time.

Customer service at Thomas Markle Jewelers is phenomenal! I was helped by Essee Amdad and Phil, and they were knowledgeable, good-natured and radiated an overwhelmingly positive experience ... even when I arrived minutes before closing. On top of excellent customer service, their shop conveys the attitude and beauty that a shopper dreams of, allowing you to browse and ask questions with no immediate pressure of purchase. Truly, they were amazing!

I took two rings to Thomas Markle to be retipped and resized. They ruined both rings. The setting is irreplaceable and had great sentimental value. Mr Markle said that if he had been there, he would not have accepted it for repair. The person who did this had no idea about working with platinum. I was unable to get any compensation from Thomas Markle for the damage. I highly suggest going elsewhere!

I purchased my fiances engagement ring at Thomas Markles Kingwood location. Rueben spent hours with me helping me find the right ring. I had no idea what I was looking for going into the store but Rueben made the selection and purchase very easy. I have been shopping at Thomas Markle Jewelers in Kingwood for 25 plus years and Thomas and his team treat me like family and know me by name. I always enjoy seeing everyone there at Kingwood store. Now that I have moved to Spring I also shop at The Woodlands store to see Sarah. The team there is also very warm welcoming every time I go there too.

Had them make a custom wedding band to match my engagement ring, told the manager what i wanted on friday, dropped off my engagement ring on saturday, and had my band by thursday! And it was way more reasonabley priced than the quote the original company my engagement ring came from had. Everyone was very nice and they did an amazing job!

I had a necklace chain repaired at the Kingwood location. I was asked how much I wanted to spend - That should have been an immediate red flag!- I said "I do not know - up to $50?" After 10 days - It was supposed to ready in 7 - I picked up the necklace, and what do you know, it cost me $50. What a coincidence! I will not be back.
