The only reason I am even giving one star is because I have to in order to give a review . Unlike most people that go sell gold I went in with the price per gram already pulled up on my phone so I dont get screwed over . The price per gram on this date is $22.82 for 14k . My 14k necklace weight fluctuated from 9.9 grams to 10 on their scale . I understand they dont give the full value of gold per gram or they would be out of business . So I was expecting to maybe get $17-$19 a gram . Do the math . Almost 200 dollars easy . The Hispanic lady working offered 60 DOLLARS . This lady thought I was an idiot I guess . After calling around multiple other places in the area I didnt receive an offer lower than 150 and the highest was 200 . I ADVISE NO ONE TO GO HERE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF TRASHY DOPEHEAD PEOPLE JUST LIKE THE REST OF THIS DUMB TOWN .

The New Caney location is not open today as being advertised. False advertising. I drove all the way there to conduct business only to be closed. This is just ONE of several times this has happened when I arrive during their advertised business hours. There os NEVER a sign posted outside the store telling customers why they are closed. Terrible company.
