My husband and I couldnt express how much we love these people!!! We always deal with Tami (Store manager), Nada, and Gigi (Even though we havent seen her in a while). Every time I go to the mall I always stop by to say hi to these amazing ladies! Even if its to say hi not to buy anything they always have a conversation and we have got on a personal level asking how each others families are. I never thought I would have such a close personal relationship with my jeweler but these ladies are AMAZING!!! My husband first bought my engagement ring with them back in fall 2012, bought my husbands diamond band, a watch for him and I upgraded my wedding ring about a year ago. The quality of theyre products is amazing! When I first got my engagement ring it was so sparkly and it always stayed no matter what! Im a dental assistant so Im always taking gloves on and off throughout the day and it never lost its sparkle even when I just upgraded about a year ago same with my current ring. My husbands ring has diamonds in it but he works with heavy items at work and it has gotten scratched due to the diamonds needing to be in a certain material and it does scratch easily but we will be upgrading his very soon! We recently were just into say hi not wanting to buy anything but asked questions about some other items we were interested and ended up finding what we were looking for a future purchase! They have NEVER EVER been pushy! They strive on customer service first before the sale, always makes sure its what you want. I will not take my business anywhere but these ladies! If you are looking for a great jeweler with amazing customer service and someone who actually listens to what you want and doesn’t worry so much about the dollar amount these are the people to go too!

I started shopping here about 6 years ago when I noticed they were the only jewelry store in the mall that looked up and smiled when people passed by. I went in for a chain and Tamie was fantastic! She asked questions like what Id put on it, how often Id wear the chain, etc. Because I wear this chain almost every day she suggested a stronger chain and the warranty which I purchased thinking Id never use it. So far Ive used it twice in 6 years when my children pulled the chain and broke it, which would have been more than the warranty cost to repair it. Both times Tamie sent it in and had it repaired within a week. Nata helps us customize our jewelry when we buy items and has amazing suggestions I would never had thought of, she also remembers what we like and never has steered us wrong. Cyndi sold my husband my engagement ring and helped him pick the perfect one just by remembering what style I like over past conversations.Over the last few years Ive gotten to know the the team, Tamie, Nata, Cyndi and Sayeh treat me like family and always have time to clean and inspect my jewelry. Because of their fantastic customer service my family has bought numerous items from them, and they never pressure us, which is why we have and will continue to make Morgans OUR jewelry store.

I came to this store looking for a watch and kinda expecting to have a rough time based on my previous experience buying jewelery. I have different criteria for buying jewelry than a lot of people. Im an engineer, and I like durable, minimalistic things. I dont like a bunch of extra features or even gemstones really. This confuses a lot people who sell jewelry. They dont get it and try to carry on like I havent said anything. Tamie (the store manager) surprised me by recognizing what I was looking for and helping me find a watch that I liked. She was careful to understand me and my needs and didnt simply run through a pitch. She also provided excellent service after the sale by finding a solution to a problem I had with my watch when she could have reasonably quoted policy and sent me on my way. Overall, I really appreciated the way that I was treated and would recommend this store to friends and family.

I honestly had the best experience coming in and looking for my engagement ring. Cheryl and Kerri were absolutely amazing, I came in with my mother (my fiancee is in the military and wanted to make sure I got the ring I would love, not one that he thinks I would love) Kerri originally thought of the traditional engagement ring to which I quickly corrected and the first stone she suggested was Morganite. I had already been looking at rose gold Morganite rings before coming in and within 5 minutes I had found "the one". They made everything fun, lighthearted and extremely stress free, I wanted to cry because I was so happy with the experience and finding the one to represent the love I share with my fiancee. I encourage any man or woman to stop in and look at jewelry for any occasion!

The worst experience ever by Morgan Jewelers. I will never, ever buy anything from them. My fiance bought me a necklace from them that broke consistently. it was replaced twice and repaired at least 3 times if not more. They could not come up with a good resolution for us. My necklace is still sitting at the store, and has been there for months. Tammi the store manager was extremely rude to me and my fiance, and didnt even want to deal with the situation. She made a new associate deal with the issue and left.

I came to the mall today to look at a few Jewelry stores and find an engagement ring for my soon to be fiancé. I hadnt even planned on going to Morgan but their store was open and inviting so I stopped in. Told Sayeh and Tamie my budget. They were so wonderful! They were able to get me a much better ring for the money I was prepared to spend. I feel like that had my interests in mind before theirs. Thank you so much Sayeh and Tamie!!! Wonderful experience

Just had a fantastic experience with Blair and Tami. I was warmly greeted and asked insightful questions, not your typical sleezy "buy now approach". I ended up buying a ring for what I hope will be my soon-to-be fiancé. Stepped a little bit out of my budget, which wasnt a problem at all, with their financing. Happy to find a jeweler I would refer any of my friends and family to. Keep up the good work Blair and Tami, wishing you continued success.

I have bought from a lot of other jewelry stores but I have to say that Tammy has by far been the most patient, kind, caring and helpful employee. (She knows me by name, even when I call). As for ALL the jewelry I have bought ( I have received LOTS of compliments on ALL my jewelry pieces). VERY HAPPY !!! P.s. All employees have been helpful, knowledgeable.

My fiance bought a ring here at the end of January. We had it sized and last week the banded cracked. We took it back and they said they were sending it back to the vendor it have it sized correctly. We get it back today and they did not send it back to the vendor and the repair was done horribly. I am so disappointed in how this is turning out.
