Five stars for the cookies (they are delicious!) and ZERO stars for the female manager who "helped" me this evening. I had a very frustrating experience trying to order cookies online and by phone (15 minutes and multiple tries with no results), so I arrived at the store to purchase my cookies in an unhappy mood. I complained about the issues Id encountered and explained that I knew this was not THEIR fault (the people behind the counter), but the manager had a real chip on her shoulder and told me not to attack her staff. I explained the problems I had (my address is nowhere in their database), and she said, "Well, Ill have to see if we can do something about that... or I guess youll just have to drive to the store when you want cookies." I was thinking to myself, "Hmmm, if youre SERIOUS about trying to resolve this problem, then you might want to write down my address so, you know, you could CHECK ON IT. But she was obviously annoyed with me and had no intention whatsoever of helping me in a professional manner. Maybe she was having a bad hair day, maybe shes just unskilled when it comes to customer service, but I always teach that when you have an irate customer, the most effective, helpful and professional thing to do is DE-ESCALATE, show a little sympathy, ask questions, at least PRETEND that you give a rip. Instead, this individual did a really good job of pouring fuel on the fire and winding me up even more. As I left the store she was actually TAUNTING me, "Hope you have a great night!" I WANT to say that I hope she gets fired, but instead I will say that I hope she opens her mind and learns some people skills. If she stays on her current path, I predict a future of limited employment options.

The last couple of times Ive ordered from here they completely got my order wrong, either I was supposed to get 12 and only got 8 or I got 12 but they completely messed up the order. It takes about three hours to get a "fast" delivery. When I called to ask about my cookies they apologized and gave me a coupon for 6 free cookies, if I spend 6 dollars, only when they deliver and then when the coupon that was supposed to last 150 days but wouldnt work within the first month and they wouldnt honor it. Do not order from here.

So sad I was having a great night and in had a sweet tooth, I call 3 times. First they say it be 70-90min and then call again and they sorry sir your order will there in a 30-40 min. Finally they got the nerve to say that the driver said he call me and my phone has been on me waiting for a call. That driver just lied so he wouldnt bring my order and like i said I was having a good night I probably could have gave them a nice tip or something smh nope nun!!!!!

This insomnia cookies sucks. Ive placed 3 orders there and 3 strikes your out.. first order came 2 hours late after already waiting an hour and a half for the original delivery time. 2nd order came on time but missing two cookies; we complained, got a "free" 6 cookie coupon. 3rd order; tonight. They wont accept the 6 cookie coupon because no one working is smart enough working to read the coupon and type it into the computer. And the order is 25% wrong. 3/12.

Very disappointed in the customer service. Ordered cookies online, werent given all of them. Called customer service were given a coupon for 4 free cookies. Tried using coupon, wasnt accepted. Called again, spoke to a VERY ride employee. Have to spend money to get the free cookies that werent given to us the first time. The horrible customer service outweighs the taste of the cookies.

Came in around 7:45 looking to get peanut butter chip cookies and the manager said they were out. Unfortunately I had a driver waiting outside who couldnt find a parking space and couldnt really wait 7 minutes for them to be ready so I politely declined and the man at the register was incredibly rude about it. I am a regular here and have not seen this man before. Really disappointed.

The lady that helped us was SUPER friendly. It was our 1st time finding this place and she was so nice and helped us pick out a desert that was just PERFECT. Still warm and fresh even this late in the day. 10/10 would come back again. Yummy!!

Great cookies, but I tried three times to get a batch to my college student. I basically paid $12 to make three phone calls and have my son wait in his dorm at a specified time. Unfortunately, thats it for us.

Got a cookie a la mode with moosetracks ice cream. Moosetracks was near empty and instead of the employee asking did I want a different flavor ice cream, gave me a half scoop of ice cream. Not worth the $6...
