A few years I stopped going to this location because the quality and service was lousy... new owners, service improved. But now it’s starting to go back to the previous setup. They hired a new girl, and although I do understand people have to learn, after a couple weeks you should be a touch more proficient. This young lady doesn’t pay attention to what you order, and the quantity isn’t right. I will accept the excuse (barely) “she’s new” once... not twice. I asked for my money back this time. And I wil not use that employee if she is there my next trip. If she’s the only one that can wait on me... guess you won’t be getting a sale that day.

Very disappointed; bland ice cream and poor service. Mint ice cream had no mint taste or much taste at all...through three quarters of a large cup away. Even my friend tasted and agreed it was bad/no flavor...big waste of money. The person serving us rolled her eyes in an obvious way when we walked in towards the end of the day, just before closing and made it clear she was not happy to be serving us. Disappointed because this visit to Cold Stone was opposite in every way to the last visit where we enjoyed great tasting ice cream and service.

So apparently cold stone doesnt mix in your flavors anymore. I ordered a quart of butter pecan with extra pecans and fudge and brownie. So she fills container 2/3 of the way up, puts the pecans, fudge and brownie on top, then puts the lid on and charges me. Still only 3/4 full (by the way the sign for the lager take home sizes says, "filled to the brim"). I am sick and didnt want to fuss so I played and left. I got in the car and my girlfriend looked In side and said, "oh hell no!" To say the least she fixed it....

I was surprised at the poor reviews at this site, I know that it is under new management. I have always gotten great service at this location when Erika is working around lunch time she makes the best shakes with whipped creme on top and drizzle of hot fudge. I am not sure about the other people that work here and I cant speak for their service, but always get great and friendly service from Erika on the early shift.

We love Cold Stone but this one was a disappointment. The ice cream is still tasty but thats where it ends. The service was very blah. No energy at all and he took our orders very perfunctorily. The add-ins balance was way off and tasted nothing like we are used to form other locations. The store is clean but very small and cramped.

Horrible service, soggy cones on top of it. One worker running out of a bathroom chasing another woman looks like they were having a confrontation. The employee taking our order left to check/talk on your phone. Worst Cold Stone Ive ever been too. Dont recommend this location

Erika is the best! She had great recommendations for me in terms of flavors and mix ins. She also provided outstanding customer service, order accuracy, and the end product was also visually appealing as well as delicious. The sugar cookie batter is my favorite.

Three of us came in at closing time. We were treated VERY nice. Ice cream was GREAT. Got to know the new owners. They are a very nice addition to Mainstreet Hopkins.I will enjoy getting to know them and welcome them to the Business community or Hopkins

When we really want a treat, this is where my boys ask to go. We are big time DQ lovers, but when it comes to quality, this is the place to go. High Fat, High Flavor, perfect treat, and good to great service.

Very poor customer service. Never answer their phones and dont make all the flavors that other Coldstones have. I will drive to Plymouth or Eden Prairie instead of going to this location.

Lady had 0 clue how to make the "signature Creation" she kept asking me what the sign said. Tasted like crap threw in trash after 3 bites. Avoid this place like the plague.

The store is clean and petite. However the customer service is at a minimal. The sizes were not labeled and the clerks were in the back almost 80 percent of the time.
