Marybel and Lucia was very nice and treated us as patients, with great customer service. The doctor we saw too was nice, and he made my son feel comfortable. They are my one star rating. But after that it seem as if we were a burden from then on. Erika is the one who helped us and all smiles were gone. Seems like we went from being patients to just numbers. Seem to care less about helping us choose frames, I didnt even want to pick a pair because I didnt want to take up anymore of her time. I guess when it comes to the financial portion of an appointment, some offices believe that a straight face attitude is needed. Who knows I just maybe excepting too much, I help manage a dental office, and I treat all my patients the same no matter what kind of day am I having. And when I present a $ 50.000 treatment plan to a patient I make sure they are comfortable and I answer any questions they may have. No patient will agree to a treatment plan if I was to carry the same attitude as she had when going over our treatment plans. Not to mention their frames are completely over priced even after insurance. I scheduled for another day because wasnt financially prepare. So I went back to get a copy of our prescriptions my again Erika was the one who assisted with that. I asked for a copy and she printed it and gave it to me, no conversation, no smile, no nothing (improper grammar). I confirmed with her my appointment time once more and she stated. "We said 4:00" so rude and cold. I am happy I took my sons and mines prescription to another office, Target actually, and my frames were completely covered by insurance. And they offered so much kids lenses to choose from. I guess we all live and learn. I wont be going back.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! $ My experience from the start was horrible! I SIMPLY called in to re-order some Versace glasses I had lost, the lady took my order and card # & told me the glasses would be in within 7 business days. Only to be called back the next day to tell me theyre discontinued! So Im upset theyve charged my card $544!!!! I then tell them to refund my money Im going elsewhere. They then proceed to tell me oh since the card was charged the day before we cant! Youd have to come in and bring your card and then itll take 5-7 business days before you get it back! As if that isnt enough I go to another TSO on Westheimer where they have frames I want so I go to swipe my card...DECLINED my money STILL not back on my card!!! I then call them and they ask me well what frames are you trying to get well order them for you instead! I give them all the information about the glasses they need and still drop the ball it now goes from 5-7 business days to up to 14 days! !!! Please dont waste your time going here!! Unless if course you want a headache

These damn people think customers are crazy! First off, they get you in and do this test that the insurance doesnt cover by telling you that they found traces of glaucoma. Upcharge $53. Went to an Ophthalmologist and cleared the next week. Picked up my glasses today after 3 weeks and one pair should have been reading / computer and I cant read a dang thing! They told me to give it a week? Shenanigans! I call BS! Now I have to wait until Monday to be told what to do because nobody knows? They put the script for distance in the reading glasses. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Update; Priscilla called me to follow up on my experience and she was nice and requested I return to have my glasses checked and sure enough they put the wrong RX in my glasses. The manager was supposedly going to allow me to pick new frames and get the right glasses. Why did he stereo type me and send me to the welfare wall of ugly and small? Highest level of pisstivity!!! Priscilla called me back. Going to meet her at a different location.

AMAZING!!!! I could not make up my mind whether I wanted contacts or glasses due to budgeting issues and they laid out all my options. I ended up purchasing glasses 1st and they were VERY PATIENT!!!! I took a long time choosing and they were so sweet giving me input and opinions about my selection. I have had glasses and contacts since I was in elementary and have never has that type of service. The glasses I purchased I have had for maybe 2 months or so and LOVE THEM! I only bought them to wear at home so I could give my eyes a rest since I HATE WEARING GLASSES; however, I liked these so much I wear them all the time!!!! I called and purchased contacts today and Cynthia was amazing too she was kind, helpful, and even helped me save a few dollars. And the doctor gave me contacts that FINALLY keep my eyes from drying out. LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I wish I had the names of the other 2 ladies that helped but I dont think you can go wrong here.

****************ATTENTION*************** Something grave had happened to my glasses--totally my fault and after expressing some of my concerns the General Manage contacted me, invited back and personally found me a pair of glasses... TSO proved to me that my eye health and satisfaction were a priority-- and as consumers, thats what we really want from those that we do business with...to be appreciated! The way they handled my issue was stellar and for years to come--they have earned my business...and, I highly recommend that if youre looking for glasses--you stop in a check them out.

I was recommended this Place because Berkley eye center could not get me in for two weeks so I thought I would give it a try customer service was great nice doctor front end was also wonderful but thats where it stops I was told 5-7 days been two weeks no one has called to update me I had to call now there saying it was a quality control thing so they had to be redone so Im assuming another 2 weeks go somewhere else save your money and time Berkley eye center would never treat you like this Im very sorry I gave this place my buisness wont happen again one unhappy customer

I always have problems with them not calling me when my glasses are ready for pick up. I have to call to check and theyre always ready when I call. I was also accused of my glasses/prescription not being from them. They were trying to cover up the fact that they gave a wrong prescription (a higher prescription than needed). So I was with a prescription that was too strong for my eyes for an entire year. Ive been going to this place since 2000. Will most likely not be going back next year.

I been visiting TSO since 2007-2008 I believe, they have a very good team and are really nice. I have been using contact lenses for about three years now and they let you choose if you want clear or colored ones.. they also sometimes have nice prices for like a bundle.. eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contacts. It depends. Even though, some people find it expensive I believe that it is very good that they are very professional about everything. Y tambien hablan español :D
