Cody is wonderful! He took all the time to answer any questions I had and even stayed late to help me. They get an A++ for customer service, however, although the process of buying the car was easy and painless and the customer service at the dealership was great, I have had nothing but problems since I drove my car off the lot. Two days after I bought my car the check engine light came on. It is for an oxygen senor issue, not a huge deal but you would think that would have been noticed in the inspection they SAY they do. I called emailed the dealership and they gave me the phone number for the warranty department. I called the warranty department but since I had just purchased my car I was told my information was not in the system yet and to call back on Tuesday 3-24-15. The day after the check engine light came on my tire pressure senor light came on, no big deal I thought, Ill just put air in the tire. I had my tire pressure checked by a mechanic and everything was great, until the light came on the very next morning so obviously there is a leak in the tire.To top it all off this morning as I was driving to work my car told me it is time for an oil change. Seriously drive time?? You couldnt even change the oil before I drove my car off the lot? Is that not part of your "inspection" that you told me would be done? So all in all I have had my car for less than a week and have had nothing but issues since I drove off the lot. Not to mention how dirty the car was even though I was told it would be cleaned. I know for a fact they did not try to clean the spills off of the ceiling because I spent all afternoon the day after I bought it cleaning it myself. Everything wiped right off so I know it was never touched before I drove away. Very very disappointed in the quality of the vehicle. Waiting to see what else goes wrong next time I get in my car.

I went to this location on Saturday and worked with Lucy. She was phenomenal!! She went above and beyond to get me into the car I wanted. I am very impressed by the dedication of this team. Im super happy with my new car. To top it all off I received a call from the GM of this location this morning, thanking me for my business. I have never had a dealership do that. I also want to point out that Drivetime has several new optional coverages (I dont know if they are actually new-they were just new to me) I bought them all, they are all worth it. All of the additional coverages were explained in detail by the staff and it was made clear that I didnt have to buy them but they recommended them. All in all it was a very positive experience. I recommend going to this Drivetime location if you need a vehicle. :-)

I had a great experience. My salesman Michael Bolden was wonderful. He stayed late to help me before the store closed and he even came in on his day off to go to the Mechanicsville store to go pick up my car. I feel that he went above and beyond to make me happy and to find the car that I wanted. I know when my husband decides to purchase his next car we will be going to see Mike again. Also another thing that made me feel important to him was he called me the day after to make sure everything was okay with the car and to see if I needed anything else and also to thank me again for my business. I really had a wonderful experience at the Arch Road Drive Time in Richmond, VA. Thank you again Mike for all your help.

It has been 20 years since we have been through the car buying process. I found it to be a little overwhelming at first until I contacted Drive Time. They made me feel comfortable, the staff worked endlessly to get us into our new car! I am thrilled to say that they are getting 5 stars from because they made us welcome from the minute we pulled into the parking lot and right up until we left in our new Kia Soul. I went to drive time because I had credit issues as well as a low down payment. I was surprised by my sales reps and how helpful they were in helping me out through this difficult and frustrating experience. They were great. My sales person Lucy Vaughn was incredible. She did not rest until she found the vehicle of my choice. Although it didnt have all the options I wanted I realized I would have to crawl before I walked. Even on her days off she kept in contact or had someone else touch base with me. The team on arch rd. and midlothian tnpk was awesome!!!

We went to Drive Time off Midlothian Trpk today in hope of getting a car to help my ex-husband get a fresh start. The process was quick and painless due in large part to the assistance of Laura. She answered all of our questions and was extremely patient. Best of all, after having to take a break to pick up our sick 5 year old from school, she wasnt phased a bit and helped to keep him entertained whenever possible. Much more pleasant than many of my past experiences in car dealerships.

Cody helped me at first and then the next day when I came in Lucy helped me out. They were amazing! I put all my money that I had down for the down payment and then realized I had to start a new policy with my insurance. They gave me money back from my down payment so I could use it for my insurance. They were amazing! I had such a good experience and I finally got the car Ive been needing! I definitely will refer back to them for all my friends and family.

I had a great time today getting our car. We had a really good experience which didnt take long I bought a car elsewhere and it was all day to buy. Drive time had us in and out. Our sales advisor Laura was really nice and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend telling my friends to get a car from drivetime bc we had a real good experience and got a nice vehicle. I wasnt expecting to be able to get a car today because of credit issues well once again drive time made my day I was only going to lease but found out I was able to purchase this isnt my first time with them.
