On July 22,2013 I was looking for a SUV to buy for my birthday that was coming up. So,I purchase a 2006 Hyundia Tucson at City Cars on Dual Highway in Hagerstown Maryland. I met the most pleasant, kind and helpful people there, I met Marina and her husband Andre ,Alena and her husband Paul and also Timothy. I highly recommend City Cars to all my family and friends. If you are looking for a car or a SUV go to City Cars they have a variety of cars and SUVs there. Even if you have no credit,fair credit or you just need a car. I recommend that this should be your first stop. They are willing to work with you. I am very satisfied with City Cars. I never had any problems with my SUV and I recommend everyone to stop there first if youre looking for a car or a SUV.

Overall, my buying a car experience from City Cars was just horrible. They have some nice vehicles, however, they dont work well with outside financers(aka my FCU..MUCH better interest rate) to the point that, when I had the check in their hands, they said "Sorry, we sold that car this morning." This was after I had already signed paperwork on the car and everything. They pulled a little switcharoo on me and the bank, and needless to say, the car I ended up with was definitely NOT what I wanted! I ended up taking the car back because neither me or the bank wanted

My wife bought a van from them form them, when we pick it up the front left turn signal didnt work, when we took it back cause the transmission was sliping he said he fixed the left front turn signal and he said the reason the transmission was slipping was cause the exhaust was loose and he fixed it and, we took, the van 3 months later the transmission locked up and then they refused to fix it and repossessed it.

Purchased a BMW from them a few years ago,the sales man was very helpful ,he let me test drive 4 other BMWS until i found the right one for me. Not pushy at all offered me all the protection plans that came with my purchase....Its been 4 years now and Stacey(thats my BMWs name) will be paid in full this month,may go back and purchase another,,,if my girlfriend allows me....lol thanks very much City Cars

Saw 4 cars listed on their website that I was interested in. Went to check them out, one didnt have a battery, two of them were not ready to be put on the lot and the other one had been sold. I asked them to call me when these cars were ready to be on the lot and test driven. Never heard back from them. What a waste of time....

Great experience with City Cars. We were excited to get a first car for my son, and we found the perfect one here. All of their stock looked great, especially the Volvo XC70 we purchased. It barely had any surface imperfections at all. This small family run lot, will be my first choice next time we need to find a car.
