For two years now I have taken my two ford vehicles exclusively to Parrish ford for service. I live about an hour away but it has been worth the drive due to the great customer service I have experienced. That is until today. I had an issue that I was not expecting from my state inspection, which I did not have done at Parrish’s. (Tried to save two hours of driving for an inspection) my truck failed due to a possible fuel leak. I called Parrish’s to see if they could look at the truck today after explaining my issue. They said they could look at it right away and re-inspect the vehicle once the repair was completed. I was very pleased to hear this and thought to myself I should have just gone the them in the first place. Once I arrived the technician came out to the parking lot and looked at the truck. The response I got was shocking. He said he didn’t have time to fix it today and I needed to make an appointment for a week from now. I am not sure why after calling to confirm they could fix the truck and then driving an hour to get there just to be told to come back next week. Is it too much to ask just to be told the truth on the phone. I would have been ok if they just had told me they would look at it next week in the first place. But now I wasted two hours out of my day and have to re-think my support of this dealership. Very disappointed today.

I purchased my 2013 Ford F-150 King Ranch from Parrish Ford in June 2013. My overall experience was wonderful. I got a great price on my truck, and the customer service, both before and after my purchase, was top-notch. The dealership assisted me with custom-ordering my truck so that it would be manufactured by Ford according to my exact specs. The dealership gave me a reasonable timeframe for delivery, and my truck was delivered on time and in accordance with my specs. The dealership explained my financing and warranty options in plain English. I never felt pressured to use the dealer financing or purchase extended warranties. After my purchase, the dealership followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and experience. I would recommend Parrish Ford to anyone in the market for a new vehicle -- it really is worth a trip to the country!

Wow! What a difference from the other dealerships. I sent an email late one night about a particular truck I wanted to buy. The next morning the manager emailed me and then followed up with a phone call. We were able to discuss the core details of the deal over the phone. Drove over there and test drove it. Didnt like the way it rode. Suggested another truck. Rode much better and I elected to buy it. Decent selection of trucks. Offered to get anything I wanted if they didnt have it in stock. Real pleasure to work with from the manager to the salesman to the service department. Everything upfront. No hidden fees or "environmental undercoating proofing" or "serial numbers etched in the door glass" attempted. NO PROCESSING FEE for your paperwork. The other places wanted $599 and $649. About as low hassle as it can get.

A couple of weeks ago I bought a new Ford Escape from Parrish Motors. From the minute I pulled into the parking lot to the minute I left in my new vehicle, my experience was a positive one. My salesman, Don Reynolds, was professional, competent, and friendly and made me feel like a real person instead of just a business deal. I came to Parrish after visiting a couple of "superstore" dealerships, and the difference was immediately noticeable. At Parrish, there was no hurry, no pressure, and no sense of manipulative pricing--just down-to-earth friendly and honest treatment. It was my first experience at this dealership, but Im sure it wont be my last. The people at Parrish with their exceptional customer service really DO make it worth the drive to visit them.

We shopped online and with local and out of town dealers for months seeking a safe and affordable car for our 16-year old daughter. We always planned to buy a used car. The new Ford vehicles caught our eye because of their cutting edge technology (important to teens) and safety features (important to parents). We visited Parrish Ford and test drove a new Edge. We loved it, especially the amazing Vista roof! The sales staff at Parrish Ford were friendly, helpful and completely professional. They did not put any pressure on us to buy. As someone who loves cars and frequents dealership lots, it means a lot when you come across a dealer that you connect with. The initial draw to Parrish was the fact that there is no processing fee. If you go just about anywhere else, there is no avoiding it. Also, the size of the dealer matters. As a customer, selection is important but so is feeling valued. For me, Parrish was the perfect size: big enough to have what I was looking for, but small enough to remember my name when I return for my routine services. Living just outside of Short Pump, the drive is direct and it well worth it.

I bought truck from JB Hodges and a extended warranty. Since I live an hour from Goochland, when the windshield wipers broke, I took it to Haley Ford in Chester. They said the part was not covered and wanted $400 plus to fix it. So I called JB, he said they are trying to screw you, bring to us. So I did, as sure enough it was covered, and it took 5 minutes to fix it. So good to see there are honest people left in the world.
