After searching and shopping around locally, Cody contacted me on facebook about some deals he was promoting for a Polaris Ranger. Wanting to surprise my husband with one, I couldnt pass the deal up! From the very beginning, I knew I was going to purchase with him because he didnt pressure me into the bike and he was ready to deliver with great customer service! He guided me in the right direction with some great accessories and didnt push anything unnecessary! Not only was he pleasant to deal with, he is even going out of his way to meet me halfway (I live North of Houston) to deliver the bike! Talk about customer service!!! From here on out, you can bet Ill be buying from him and Shoals! Good customer service is hard to find, but Cody has knocked it out of the park! Thank you Shoals and Cody for helping me surprise my husband!

Im very happy with my recent purchase of a new RZR900. I shopped around all of north Alabama, Tn and Ga before making my decision. Shoals Outdoors prices are as marked. There is no hidden or added cost like setup, delivery, doc fees, etc. Other dealers would throw out an initially lower price, but when pressed youd find out there was an additional $500-1800 in "fees," which is another word for dealer profit. My sales guy Brennan was very upfront about addons, pricing and cost of ownership. Finally, they had by far the most units in stock on the premises of any dealer. No ordering or waiting, just go test drive, buy and take it home that day. I highly recommend stopping in for your next ATV purchase.

Chuck then followed up a week later to see if I was still in the market for a UTV, The original UTV I wanted was now available, so I bought it. Chuck was very professional and did a great job. My experience was very good. I purchased a used boat no haggling, no pressure, and were a pleasure to work with. The management here we very good with customer satisfaction for example the boat trailer that the boat was on had a 1-7/8 instead of a 2 which is all that I had with me. The guys here went so far as to give me a new draw bar and ball to help get home with the boat. They have earned a life long customer with me. Cody Green was a very helpful salesman and easy to work with.

WOW!!!! I live two hours away from Shoals Outdoors, found them by accident on Craigs List. Called them up, spoke to Chuck Walker and worked a deal over the phone. I am glad I did, I saved a substantial amount by not buying my ATV in Nashville. Unbelievable!!!! The experience in the show room was top notch. Nate, Cody, Chuck, Tyler, and Erik were extremely professional and just genuine people. Yes, I will drive the 2 hours again. If I ever buy a boat, this is where I am going.

I dealt with David in the service department. All three men at the service desk were busy, but David got to me in a minute or two, treated me politely, assessed my sportsman 570s problem quickly, and had me on my way with a minimum of trouble. I received a call back the same day saying that my sportsman was fixed and the warranty claim would cover the repairs. He also had my machine serviced while I was there. I picked it up the same day, and my experience was all good.

Very disappointed in the service department. I brought my 2002 Malibu Wakesetter in because it had a problem with both the motor and brakes on the trailer. I told the shop to check the back left brakes (called them 3 times). They fixed the back right (happy about that) but did not service the back left - taking my boat to another shop to get the back left fixed - $600 later!!! They also were unable to troubleshoot an issue with my motor.

Went in on a Saturday to look and possibly purchase a boat. Our salesman Chuck Taylor was very patient and showed us many boats. He gave us all the information along with the price of each boat. He was very nice and did not push into anything that we did not want. Would recommend checking them out. They are very straight forward and let you look and decide at your own pace.

Me and my family purchased a 2017 rzr 1000 highlifter from shoals and it was a great experience. I dealt with chuck and he was as good as you could ask for.
