WAS IN TOWN SEEING FAMILY, STOPPED BY JUST TO LOOK, MET EVERYONE IN THE BUSINESS, THE OWNERS WERE AWESOME, IN FACT EVERYONE WAS, THEY TREATED US GREAT, I THINK WE STAYED LIKE 2 HOURS TALKING AND LOOKING AT BIKES, I WENT BACK HOME AND BOUGHT A NEW BIKE I WAS SO BLOWN AWAY BY MY EXPERIENCE. IF YOU NEED A NEW OR USED BIKE, TRUST ME WHEN I SAY, GIVE THEM A CALL...DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR A DISCOUNT, BUT ON THE 2 BIKES I LOOKED AT THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE BY FAR....CRAZY....AWESOME PLACE....

Took my bike in for service thinking lots of things were wrong with it, they contacted me a few days later and told me it was only one issue and that the issues I thought I had with it were fine. They could have fixed them and charged me much more but they did not, I will take my bike to them as long as I live nearby! My bike purrs like a tiger now and they demonstrated the highest integrity and professionalism!!

For me, the reliability and honesty of employees are most important. The employees at JPM are helpful, honest, and friendly. They have helped me get my motorcycles ready for the season through service and parts ordering so I can do work myself at home. I recommend them to anyone needing motorcycle, ATV, etc, help in Hopkinsville or Oak Grove.

The customer service is worst. They took apart my motor for a gasket repair and failed to tell me there were things wrong with the piston before putting it back together which will cost me double in service charges. They also left it out in the rain for several days. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Tommy and Ronnie in the service department is the best there is. Rick at the parts desk is the parts guru and a great person. The rest up there arent worth the gas to get there.

They sold me a helmet (dirt bike) that was priced (street bike) wrong around 40.00 too much. Please read the tags when you shop.
