Last minute need for FR rated clothing for a work trip. I called Tami and explained that I needed FR clothing for women (including buying for 2 people who werent at the store). She talked to me for a while on the phone. Then when I got to the store, she was amazingly helpful! Got me and my work team exactly what we needed. Even went so far as to talk to one of the women I was buying for on the phone to determine exactly what mens size clothing would be the best fit for her! And then mentioned and gave me our companys discount! Couldnt have done this without you, Tami! Thank you very much for your help and wonderful service!!

Negative 3 stars is what I would rate this store, I had to click one in able to post a comment. I have never been treated so horrendously in customer service. Do not buy Carhartt, the warranty is a clever ploy manifested to sell products. Company and employees have no noteable integrity, their words are as dust in the wind.

This Local Carhartt store is the best I have been to. The staff are all very friendly and not pushy. They will ask you if you know much about Carhartt, and if you did, they would let you browse the store and pretty much leave you alone, until they notice you need help of course. A big shout out to Nick!

Larger and laid out phenomenally, Ive only been to the MOA location prior and this takes the cake. All the workers were helpful even during a crazy rush of shoppers. Knowledgeable and great advocates for the brand. If youre in the market for some Carhartt definitely make the trip over!
