Do not go here. It took them 4 hours to change my service over from Verizon using the cut my bill in half promotion. They had to enter all my information in twice because the lady who made the first attempt failed. After receiving my bill I noticed the promotion was not applied and the bill was larger than my Verizon bill. I got this switched over at the Coon Rapids store which was great. I then went back to get credit from the time I started to the time it was fixed. They said they would fix it but again failed. The promotion and Sprint are great, but this Wireless Lifestyle Sprint Store knockoff has the worst customer service. Do yourself a favor and travel a little further to a real Sprint store.

I went to check out sprint having t-mobile. when I went in to the store the workers where very friendly and very knowledgeable. A lot more of a fun friendly atmosphere. Would strongly recommend this store for anyone looking for any cell phone service. A+++ service in my book

They did a great job. Was able to upgrade with out a hitch. Shakira had us jamming with her music and Anthony only made fun of my mother alittle bit about her still having a slider phone. Today was a successful day. Definitely will come back!!
