My fiancee and I LOVE Dacels. The entire staff is especially nice and inviting from the moment you walk in the door. Each time we came in with our son they always talked to him and gave him lollipops. We searched everywhere to find the perfect engagement/wedding band set and could not find it anywhere, but Dacels took the time to meet with us several times to literally build my dream rings -which wasnt a ring you could purchase anywhere. Each time we were there we worked with Rob and he was fantastic and answered all our questions, which I always had a lot of. From the first appointment to the very last each time they offered to clean our rings and they always looked absolutely gorgeous. We purchased our engagement ring, and weddings bands from here and I also trusted them with my favorite piece of jewelry (a family ring that used to be my mothers) and they basically brought it back to life! They always made time for us and even saw us once "after hours". Always prompt and finished everything faster then the planned returned dates which were already fast. We will ONLY be going here for any future jewelry needs.

Bought my original wedding ring over 26 years ago and it was a one of a kind. Unfortunately lost it about 15 years ago. I went into Dacels recently and they were able to build the ring from a picture. Im SO excited to have my (new) original ring back after all these years!!
