The person who helped me was cold. I ordered a necklace for a christmas gift. I was told it would be ready to pick up on Wednesday. Then I was told Friday. It still has not come. Today is Saturday and I dont have a gift for a little girl. Their response was "you didnt want this by Christmas, right". Of course I did! I would never recommend this place ever! Terrible service! Only 1 star because I cant give it 0!
