Im going to start this by saying Im a broader guy. That being noted, navigating the aisles of the store is a bit claustrophobic. I can understand only having limited space in a store, but I cant help but to literally feel like a bull in a China shop. The selection is great and it has a lot of things you dont normally find in other chains. The prices are decent, but some of the more odd items are pricey. The food made in the store is great, and I would recommend some of the food sold there. Overall, a good experience.

Bought sirloin burger today and it had pink meat wrapped around brown meat. I like this place and spend a fortune there. The prices are higher but it is convenient. This is my third bad experience. They seemed to resolve the bad produce issue after my last complaint. I ordered a turducken on thanksgiving and they charged me MORE for not adding stuffing...seriously? I will not purchase burger there again.

I was so disappointed with the cake I bought yesterday. I saw several in the cabinet and asked for one. They put it in a box and I took it straight home for a dinner I was having last night. So dry and did not look fresh. This Rouse is far from my home so I did not take back the cake. Will go to the Rouses in Slidell from now on. I have not gotten a bad one from there.

This is the ONLY grocery that I have been to that I can walk thru, check out and no cashier or employee greets you. They dont say a word. Even the managers. This happens consistently. Even so far as hand you a receipt without saying a word. They are also overpriced on lots of items. Only grocery store in Diamondhead, so guess where I keep going right back to?

This is a well designed store with tons of good food options, from the basic groceries to foodies looking for special items. The only complaint is that it seems a bit over-priced, but its a good shopping experience with a nice selection of food.

The selection is superb and the quality of meat and sushi is ideal, however the employees make you feel unwelcomed. Unless youre used to being harshly judged by everybody near you, avoid this specific rouses location!

It has a good stock of food items but hard to shop in. Aisles have kisoks everywhere. If a person stops in aisle there is usually no way around. Mostly happens in produce aisles.
