I purchase used refrigerators 90 days warranty refrigerator broke in two weeks they came and fixed it 3 times in 3 months after 3 months over she says no more warranty I told her I purchase and broke next week and you promised is not going to break down and break down three times in 3 mount theyre very dishonest they do not care about their customers I pay close to a thousand dollars for used refrigerator I think I have a good deal because looks great but unfortunately its not working I throw $1,000 practically in garbage I want to buy brand new from Best Buy no more headache I will never ever go back to this place

I bought a lot of appliances here. Most were considerable savings. When I needed repairs, he came out and did the repair. The stove I bought elsewhere they sent A& E or something like that out. One man ordered a part, the part came in, another man said it was the wrong part and ordered another, then another came out and did the repair. They charged for three visits and two parts, only one of which was used. I had a similar experience with another machine. From now on, I will stick with Vertex. The biggest bonus is that they do repairs and I dont have to have A&E.

Paid $25 extra at the time of purchase to have a natural gas stove converted to propane. Today I am paying an appliance repair company $100 to convert my smoking stove to propane. Do not buy from them.
