They dont know what customer service is... Said they charged a $35 inspection fee. They came saw the problem and without asking starting trying to fix it. After explaining I wanted to look at options for new dryers before fixing, he said its a $45 fee because he started working on it. OK, whatever. I looked at new dryer prices etc. and ultimately decided on fixing the dryer. When I called to see if they would continue the fix he said it would cost an additional $130 on top of the $45. I understand it cost $35 to send you guy over (also I live only blocks away) but if you already started fixing it and charged me for that you should at least discount what youve already worked on. Simple logic. Also terrible on the phone. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

I called this business to see if they did appliance repair. I know nothing about appliances aside from that it isnt working. Yelled at me on the phone when I didnt know specifics about the machine...I even asked if there was a way for me to find that information, such as a serial number area or something....so rude to me. I ended the conversation abruptly after the frustrated tone. Remember: I am calling to give you business, AKA: MONEY! Dont treat me poorly.

Always a mess outside. They need to clean up the front and especially the side of the store. They constantly take up the loading zone with all their trucks, even though theyre not loading or unloading.

Very nice couple own this place. I bought a refrigerator that was only a year old for half the price of new. Free delivery the next day. Even turned the doors around for me.

We bought a stacked washer and dryer last year and it works great. they deliver at no extra cost. i will be going back there next time i need something
