My heater went out on a Tuesday evening and Sunny Appliance had a repairman out the next day as scheduled. His name was Peter, and his knowledge and service were terrific. He thoroughly explained the problem and his plan of action (which required ordering a part for a very old heating unit), and he gave me a cost estimate that ended up being the final cost when the repair was completed. What I especially appreciated was his keeping me informed on the part ordering status and his effort to pick it up late Friday afternoon in San Jose and come to my house in Redwood City that evening to install it before the week-end. Thank you Peter and Sunny Appliance repair!

My dishwasher started leaking badly on Saturday night. And I had a ton of dishes to wash after a dinner party. I called the first company that I could find on the internet and they said they could only come out on Monday. After a couple of unsuccessful calls later I stumbled across Sunny appliance repair and they were able to come in an hour. They quickly fixed the problem and didnt charge nearly as much as I expected. I was finally able to turn on the dishwasher and relax! Thank you Sunny Appliance for fast and efficient service! Next time something breaks I wont waste time and call straight to them for help.

My refrigerator stopped cooling and I was hoping it would fix itself....but it didnt. I had called two or three other appliance repair firms and no one called me back. Sunny Appliance picked up right away and I was able to get an appointment within a day. My repairman, Joe, came out. He was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. If Joe is an indication of how good this company is, Sunny appliance will be around a long time. Great service, courteous, and helped me clean up a bit as all the food had to be taken out of the freezer. Couldnt be happier.

My old school wall heater would not turn on any longer and of course it has to happen during the coldest days. I called Sunny Appliance repair, and was glad to have Joe. Joe was personable and explained the problems and what needed to happen. Unfortunately, he did not have the part that was required the first time, however, he made a commitment to come back the same day after all his appointments and was working late to make sure we have heat. I would definitely recommend these guys

Had a Kenmore washing machine that would not drain. Joe from Sunny Appliance Repair showed up and diagnosed the machine. Saw immediately that the door lock was broken. This washer came with the house we bought so we knew nothing of its history. When he took it apart he pulled out the broken piece and showed me where and how it broke. Compared it to a new part to help me better understand. He was very helpful and professional. I am very pleased with the service received today.

First of all 5-* for the five star service. Very prompt in taking the service call. On time/ On schedule service. Greg and Albert two service men are Very experienced, quick and honest in giving the estimates about fixing my dryer. As he expected the problem was in my thermostate in the dryer due to which dryer was not pushing the hot air. Overall excellent service and very satisfactory customer experience. I would highly recommend them for any appliance service.

Cheap, but very good quality in the same time. My washing machine broke down. I did not have to wait too long for the technician to come. When the technician came, he immediately identified the problem and proposed a couple of possible ways how to fix it. We chose the most suitable option and he fixed the problem very fast. I was so pleased. Will definately revert to this company again in case of any other problems with my home appliances.

These guys saved me with my leaking fridge!! They didnt have any review here yet and I was in doubt at first, but they were the only ones who picked up the phone at 10pm and were able to schedule an appt for early morning next day. I was panicking that the food will spoiled and Ill have to skip work for next day, but their tech got to my place at 8am and finished by 9. Im also happy it didnt cost me a fortune - I paid $225 total.

I called today morning as soon as found that my fridge is off. The guy told me that he was gonna be in an hour, but he came in 30 min, cause I told him - this is emergency! It turned up to be a defrost timer fault which he had in his van. He`d say that the price is 150 but I got an additional 20 bucks Off! He was a young, but very fast and qualified. That how I would describe this nice CO. Can recommend them..definitely...

Alex; a very knowledgeable technician, came in to fix my Kitchenaid build-in refrigerator on a Sunday; The same day I called Sunny Appliances Repair. He spotted the problem in a briefe test. Alex was very patient to solve all the complications with my frige and explain everything to me. I am extremely satisfied with his work. My frige is back in service now. Also, he is on time. I would call for him if needed.

Had a problem with my freezer, called to schedule a repair and was able to get same day service...AWESOME! Joe came out, and did the repair within a couple hours.. price is great, and service fantastic. He also checked my dryer, it was taking way too long to dry the clothes. Vent needed cleaned, he handled this as well and quickly! Very pleased and highly recommend this company for any appliance repairs.

Me and my wife had an issue with our appliance. It was really integral part of my wifes daily routine. Something she used every morning and evening. She kept on nagging about it. I could not fix it as I am not an engineer. I told her to throw it away. Luckily Sunny Appliance repair saved the day. So yeah Joe fixed the appliance. She now leaves me in piece. She is satisfied and I am happy.

Same day service is great! Were staying with friends and I accidently fried the microwave thermostat (didnt have anything in the microwave when I started it). Alex showed up, thoroughly tested the fuse, motherboard and then the dreaded thermostat. Thirty minutes later the microwave was fixed and I was a happy camper. Great job Alex! Our friends will let us stay with them again!

Alex did a wonderful job. He was incredibly responsive. Initially he had said 6pm, but as soon as we told him we have a party in the evening and we need the stove he moved some things around and was at our house within the hour and had our stove full operational within half an hour. Excellent service, incredibly responsive, and overall wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

My Dryer was not heating and stopped/paused after 10 minutes. Called Sunny appliance repair, Greg and Roman showed up within an hour, and explained the problem, and fixed my dryer on the same day. Greg is very professional, he explained the part (thermostat) that gone bad, and replaced the new thermostat. Paid fair price for the service.Satisfied with their service.
