We bought a dryer on sale at a good price. It might be a good dryer, I dont know. The salesman was exceptionally helpful, but then he confessed that they work on commission before asking us what time of the day we would be coming in to buy our dryer. Now, Im having to return the dryer. The website says that theyll take any return if were not satisfied. Were not. Seems simple. I called this location and got to the appliances department. I asked the guy (Joe) who picked up the phone, "whats the procedure for the return? Do I just come by merchandise pickup where I loaded it into my truck?" "I dont know. Maybe. Did you buy it here?" Over the course of the conversation, he proceeded to ignore and shrug off every question I asked. After a ten minute phone call, I have no idea what the process is supposed to be. Utterly useless customer service.

Ordered a washer dryer set. Sales rep put down reverse dryer door because he knew itd open on the wrong side and these are stacked units. Delivery came and the doors were wrong. After being told to send the dryer back the delivery and install team left without leveling my washer. Now its a week later. My dryer is to come again today. On top of having the two hr delivery automated call hang up on me, I got a call at 730 am telling me they cant reverse the door asking if I still want it delivered. It appears I have no choice... Went an extra week without a dryer for no reason. And it sounds like they didnt attempt to switch it until they called 730 am today. If the automated delivery time window hangs up on you just call the delivery department. If you can ever find the number (I got it from an online chat rep)

Worse possible chain of stores in the history of the universe. I got some gift cards for my birthday and just wanted to use them online. What I didnt know was that the chain of events that would follow would be the most ridiculous experience with a store in my life. Impossible to use online. Call Sears. You cannot exchange credit. Call a number, transfer to another number, transfer to another number, transfer to another number, etc. Dont ever go to Sears ever! I spent 3 hours just trying to be able to use a gift card online and it never happened. Screw you Sears!!!

Terrible customer service in the fitness center! Tons of prices changed around, associate helped us so he saw prices. Upon calling "store manager" (only a dept manager) associate proceeded to call us liars saying he never went over to the machines to help us and that they have cameras to check. Of course I told him to check them but the challenge was declined. They work on commission so Im taking my money to an associate who deserves it.

I bought a sears appliance. They assured me that there was a guarantee and they would stand behind it "This is Sears, after all." The appliance didnt work. AT ALL. I brought it back in and they would not accept a return or even an exchange. I had to ship it (really? an appliance??) at my expense to a third party repairman who would take 3 months to repair it and send it back.

Sears is terrible in service. I got the sale order to pick up, by UPS and Sears email, the item already deliver on 9/14/2016. They cant find it, they also acknowledge that Bill is the guy signed off with UPS is in this store and he said to me may be UPSs Bill. The guy is working in this morning (9/15/2016) is total useless. I look at the service score 100% (????? how they rated).

I am a Sears member. I shop there often. I had two eye surgeries and could not get in before 30 days to change the sizes of two items. You guys are horrible! You refused to just exchange the sizes. I will blast you on every social media. I will close my account and never shop there again. You have no consideration!

I dont feel as though this location has the best selection. Its not the worst but Ive found myself picking up, from an online order at other locations, even though this is the closest. No problem. Their employees are very helpful when I do visit. Hooray Craftsman! (gotta love the lifetime warranty)

We tried returning an air conditioner to the store, and they said they would ship this out for us to process the refund, but they have not done so. As a result, we dont have the refund, and we dont have the air conditioner. The Sears online store was also of no help on this occasion.

Despite being on their way down, you can still find quality stuff in the tools department. Good place to buy mens clothes as well. If you look carefully, good deals can be found in the appliance section, and they still have a great warranty and customer service.

Jewelry departnent. I called in to check on a ring they sent to repair. One of the employees her name is Nancy, answered my call and then put me on hold... I was on hold for over 20 MINUTES!!! Tried calling again and they didnt answer. Horrible service.

The worst service ever! In terms of standing in line and waiting forever! Also they have a speaker right above the cashiers and when there is a transmission you cant hear what the cashier tells or asks you at all. Lol this place is a joke.

I came here to take photos for my ID cards, the did the job within 15 minutes and I used a coupon from their website it was cheap with the coupon, I dont recommend to come here without finding the appropriate coupon online

I was ready to immediately drop 3 or 4 bills on a vacuum. Couldnt get the time of day from the clerk. Apparently, men dont buy vacuums as she was more than happy to help a woman who got there well after I did.
