I just left my neighborhood Target. I figured I would see if Target had my favorite brand of make up foundation since I was already there shopping for other items. For several years now I have purchased the Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse in Coco color. I always make sure to buy this specific foundation when shopping at any store because it matches my dark brown skintone perfectly and the mousse texture works well for my skin. I get to the make up aisle and see they do carry the Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse just not in my color. They DO however carry the Coco foundation in the Maybelline Dream Liquid bottle form that does not work for my skin. To make sure I was not missing the Dream Matte Mousse I double checked the little color codes they put on the shelf to help you locate your foundation and noted the darkest foundation they had in the Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse was Honey Beige which is MUCH too light for me. My looking at the shelves eventually catches the attention of a young woman who was a Target employee and working in the make up aisle. She asked if I needed help. I explained to her I was looking for a particular shade of the Dream matte mousse but it appeared the store did not carry it. She takes a quick glance over and dismissively says to me "Well to be honest some brands just arent making foundations for certain skin tones yet." I was taken aback because she barely glanced at the shelf and as I said I have been purchasing this foundation for years. Not to mention you only had to really look at the shelf to see visibly they just do not carry the Coco color in the Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse at this store. With her tone and demeanor she came off as very rude and like it was a bother to help me. I let her know that Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse does in fact carry foundation for people of color; its just this particular Target does not stock the Coco color in mousse form. I think it is important for employees to be aware of what is in the product lines in the store and be aware of how they deal with customers. I go to this Target because it is 5 minutes from my house but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Never buy a mobile phone from Target Westgate. It waits forever and target mobile guy processes 1 phone for more than 1 hours. The mobile guy comes in 11 am and sell 2 phones in 2 hours, then go for lunch. We have waited for more than 1 and half hour in line. He even dont let you know in advance and put on the sign and walk away. The mobile guy did this trick to go for lunch every day to avoid serving customer. He does not have any incentive to sell mobile phone in target. Surprisingly, the store manager even told us that target mobile is the third party vendor and does not belong to them. Although, it carries their brand name, Target mobile. Never try to buy a phone from this target store. Otherwise, you will have horrible experience.

Excellent Target Store. The employees are always nice and friendly and professional. The store is well laid out and clean. Unfortunately advertised sale items are often out of stock. The store is often understaffed and it is sometimes hard to locate one of the friendly employees when you need help. There are lots of cash registers but often not enough of them are staffed. The self-checkouts often have long lines. But worst of all, just today, the snack bar was cooking fresh popcorn. The smell was amazing and driving me crazy hungry while waiting in line to check out.

Loved the customer service.. Way different service from any store !! People there are amazing.. We bought a phone from their electronic section and it didnt work after 2 days went back and returned for a new phone .. Did not ask much, I am sure I will be screwed in AT&T or apple store !!! Amazing service .. Even though there was a huge line for the phone, the other guys who work there come and ask if they could help in any way!!! I shop pretty much every store but never saw this much attention and care !!! Highly recommend this place

Why do people even go there? This is the most Un-Target store. Don’t see the Fast Fun and Friendly at this store. It reminds me of a walmart employee where the staff are just like walking zombies. Their sales items are out of stock all the time and if you want a new release movie you better be there right when they open, otherwise it’s sold out. Targets a great store, just not this location. Save yourself the headache and take the time to drive to another location.

Love this two-story Target -- Target is one of my favorite stores. Its very clean and well-organized and the employees are always friendly. Its reasonably priced and I am willing to pay a few more dollars to come here instead of a Wal-Mart. There are always some great clearance deals going on!

Seems poorly managed, albeit a Sunday, It was not very well merchandised, cleanliness was very poor. Especially the food court. Yikes! Also, during my visit a cart got stuck on the escalator and caused its closure, leaving masses of people trying to get downstairs by one elevator only.

Watch out — you might just buy 15 more items than you meant to if youre not careful! I like the clothes & crafts/stationary here, and the grocery section is decent enough if youre in a pinch. Lines can often be long but they usually go fast enough and the staff are nice.

This is my goto Target! I love that they have a huge inventory of goods when other stores are out. Its huge and two stories with an escalator for your shopping cart! I love that its inside Westgate Mall so you can do some other shopping as well at other stores!

Its a pretty standard Target--they all look the same to me. I like this one because its attached to Westgate Mall. So when Im done with Target, I can just stroll into the mall. There are self checkout lines that are user friendly and actually work well.

This is not the typical big box store but you can find most items youll probably need. They have the pharmacy, grocery, clothing, electronics and toys section. The cafe also a good place to get some snack which is near the entrance and exit.

This store is a bit larger than the other Targets around it, as it has a second floor. There are a large variety of products on sale here. There are many checkout lines, but only five four checkout lines, which are very slow occasionally.

Newer and larger well located Target in the Westgate center off of Saratoga Avenue. Plenty of parking and many other convenient shops and eateries next door. Good customer service at the returns department.

Nice size target. Usually walk here since I live within walking distance. Its two floors. The place is usually clean. Opens late so its great for late night shopping. Plenty of parking

Huge two-story Target that has lots of discounted shopping nearby. If your child or S.O. is amused by an escalator made just for carts, then youre in luck with a free babysitter here.

Not a good Target with items hard to find and no one wants to help you. Their sports cards section is the weakest out of all Targets in the area. Parking is weird.
