Easy Target to get in and out of. Lines are pretty good. I was thoroughly disgusted by the fact that they allow people to bring their dogs in the store THAT CLEARLY ARENT SERVICE ANIMALS and allow them to place them in the shopping carts in the childrens seat the same place I would be placing my baby. If you really had a service animal he should be at your side on the floor......So Thanks but no Thanks I am NOT coming back here again. And if you are part of the problem and Must take your dog Everywhere you go and you choose to lie about it being a service animal, then do me the courtesy of not PUTTING HIM IN THE BABYSEAT IN THE SHOPPING CART! I dont want your dogs butt (when was the last time you wiped it) touching anywhere I might be putting my baby while Im visiting. Not to mention they serve food here, so an animal in the cart in any way shape or form is not good practice, unless you like tapeworms and spreading diseases. I am sure other parents feel the same way about dogs in the babyseat of carts. Just dont do it.

Ive been here twice and been unable to find what I needed each time. Ive been in other Target stores in San Jose, Santa Clara, Cupertino and their layout is similar to other Target stores and things are easy to find. The layout of this Target is completely different and I struggled to find things. Also it feels dated/dingy. Im not sure why. Maybe its the lighting. Then, when I found the area for the item I wanted, nothing was in stock. In January theyre COMPLETELY out of slippers. And organizing bins and dishwashing tubs. These arent obscure specialty items. Also, this Target is smaller than all the other stores Ive been to in the S. Bay/Pen area. Maybe its because Mtn View is small and Sunnyvale has a bigger, newer Target. Maybe its because Walmart is right across the street and they cant compete on every item, so they limit their stock. I dunno. But Im a Target shopper, not a Walmart shopper, and I dont want have to drive farther away to get what I need.

I visited the store half an hour before closing time 03/05/17 to buy a duro glue . not 12month Xbox live on my list. Brousing at check out area i found a 12month Xbox live for $24.99 on a peg. i say good... register showing $54.99 or $59.99 dont remember. We call management. After 10minutes waiting for Mr. Jack Mclean not JOHN Mclane from die hard. He ends up not honoring the item marked wrong. Bad business malpractice but i got my glue that if i thing about it. I shouldnt have bought the glue. I end up paying him money for his bill. Not a good experience.

I really wanted to like this place. I love Targets in general and when I found out Id be living next to one I was ecstatic. To say Im disappointed is an understatement. The grocery section is minimal at best. Its not even worth going in for something there if its food related. The rest of the store is alright. Clean, but again very tiny. They do not offer much here. I havent been to the CVS inside as of now, but Im getting medicine there and Ive got to admit, Im very terrified to go.

Ive been here a few times and every time has been a bad experience. The photo printer bends the prints (not the normal curve youd expect, it curls them that way and then bends the top 90 degrees in the opposite direction), the grocery is always not well stocked, and the staff are rude and not friendly. Not to mention the low ceilings, dim lighting, and overall awkward layout to the store, I would avoid this place and go to the one on W. McKinley.

This is by far one of, if not the worse Targets Ive been to. The store is dimly lit with the tiles all worn out and dirty from either years of use or the prior business that was there before Target took over. This Target definitely needs a remodel and is a different layout as other Targets given the fact that it is more rectangular with the short side being back to front, as opposed to the normal square shape that most Targets are.

I will never shop at the Target again they had the worst customer service. They make up return palaces as they so along and the lady working at the guest service that was even the one I was talking decided to but her two since in her name was Angelica and the GSTL that I spoke to was JOE and the LOD I talked to was Vicente. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME THERE. THERE IS A REASON WHY MORE PEOPLE GO TO THE WALMART ACROSS THE STREET.

It is exactly what you expect from this type of (non-super-sized) Target. They recently updated their grocery section (no produce or meats). Targets online and app experience can be improved, but this physical store is fine. The higher prices here compared to their blue/white competitor across the street is compensated by the better shopping experience.

Not the best target around. Sunnyvales and Cupertinos are much better. The Mountain View target has a weird layout (the home cleaning products are almost in an annex-like side) It also has very few food options. Youre better off going to Safeway or trader Joes nearby for that. That said its handy for home/kitchen/bathroom/deco supplies and items.

Awful. Ordered something online and came to the store but they didnt have it. They had already charged my account eventhough it said online that it wouldnt charge until i had the item. Manager was shady and made little effort to fix the issue. Overall terrible store and I love target... Definitely disappointed by this experience. Wouldnt recommend.

I generally prefer Target to other department stores, but this particular location (Mountain View) earns two points at best. Ive been going there for years and it is always the same story - products are not stocked, shelves are disorganized, lines at checkout when the store is almost empty. It appears that the store needs management change badly.

This target exists only because there are just enough people who dont feel like driving to Redwood City or Sunnyvale. It works for what its worth, but Its definitely not the most new or most frequented. Its convenient, and the staff there is polite. I wish they would improve the lighting or something to make it seem brighter and more cheerful.

Agree with other reviewers, this Target needs a face lift. Selection is limited and sometimes is a bit unorganized. I only come when I need something urgent (I work close by). If I can, I avoid it and go to the one is Sunnyvale. One of the very good things it has is not very busy and lines are usually very short. Very quiet store.

I was so shocked to this this store be so dated. The store itself isnt very big and definitely needs to be updated. The selection is moot at best and the layout is confusing. Its hard to maneuver around the store. On the plus. The staff was friendly and was able to help check us out quickly before they closed that register.

Not many people here and its not surprising considering how much more you have to spend shopping here when you can just cross the street and get a better deal at Walmart. The selection and styles seem the same for some reason and I would only come back if Walmart didnt have something I needed in stock.
