I did not have a good experience here. I dont usually shop here but i bought a phone charger here on 10/16/14. I decided it was not the quality i wanted so on 10/27/14 i brought it back to return it. The woman at the return counter explained to me that the item on the reciept didnt match the barcode that was on the box. The thing is that I kept the box and receipt in the bag tied up because i knew there was a chance i might return it. She explained she could only issue a store credit. So i asked to speak to the manager. The woman who approached me (the store manager) stared at me with a blank stare and didnt even say "hello" or "how can i help you". Once i innitiated a convo, and explained she did not try to help me get to the bottom of how the barcode on the reciept and the barcode on the charger box didnt match. She insisted that they always scan the barcode and never manually type it in. She implied that i somehow must have broght back the wrong item or wrong receipt. Being as i never shop there i know i didnt mix anything up. the reciept and the box stayed together tied up in the original bag from target. The reciept was dated for 10/16. The manager looked at the original reciept and explained that the item description was "mbl charger" which meant mobile charger and that the item i was returning wasnt a mobile charger but actually just a "usb cord" At this point i was getting a little upset (partially due to my lack of food intake/ drinking coffee all day jitters.) I said this is a little *f word-ing* rediculous. She then said because of my attitude she would have to ask me to leave or shed call the police. Really? Thats how you treat an upset customer? So i took the gift card, both reciepts and left. After i left, when examing both reciepts i noticed the return reciept with the different barcode (the one on the charger box) also had a description of "mbl charger". so basically they both said "mbl charger" I dont shop at target so i didnt want the gift card, but worst of all the barcode for the return was 3 dollars less than what i had originally paid. So I lost 3 dollars. Not a big deal but it was the lack of customer service that really upset me. They were making me feel like i was lying and it was my fault.

I love this Target. The parking is convenient, and Its always clean and well stocked. The staff is great as well and they have enough cashiers so there isnt a long wait to check out whenever I go. Customer service is great when I have pick ups of stuff I order online too. I usually stop at the cafe to get my kids an icee if Im brave enough to take them shopping with me and a middle aged woman who is usually working there is amazing! She is so sweet and personable and even let my daughter try a sour flavor of icee before she filled her entire cup with it. My infant son has special needs and she is so kind to always ask how he is doing. Im so grateful for her genuine kindness. It goes a long way and makes me want to come to this Target over other locations.

This is an okay Target. The layout isnt very customer friendly and on a Saturday morning they really shouldnt completely block the large walking area in sections with item restock, in three separate areas.... Not smart. However, they have a good selection and variety of items and the one worker who I did have any interaction with (thats not good considering I was browsing the shoes, apparel and accessories section for a good 45 minutes) at the self checkout line that she was running, was extremely nice and very attentive and on top of things. Not sure of her name - she was about 55" , brown hair - she should get a gold

To start I dont like Target or Walmart, they put other smaller businesses out I was recently in the Target store in Woodinville Wa. because I have $70 worth of Target cards I received from my work and wanted to use them maybe to purchase a few blu rays or something. I was shocked to see how run down the store was and the video section was the most unorganized I have ever seen everything mixed up couldnt find any type of order to it, I left the store, probably will never go back. I gave the cards to my daughter This store takes up a great deal of prime real-estate and is an eyesore IMO.

Years of often being out of stock of needed items. The most recent frustration is that their new chip reader does not work with our banks new chip card. Management knows and showed me the long drawn out process of tricking the machine each time I have to make a purchase (after being treated horridly by the checker). Each time I go I have to explain it to the checker and go through the frustrating process. Management needs to pass customer service info on the the checkers or better yet. Fix the problem!! I avoid Target whenever another option is possible now.

Um, I feel like I got racially profiled here. I didnt open anything but the guy was checking the boxes to see if I had taken anything out. They had the testers sitting out so thats what I was looking at. He kept following me the whole time thinking I was there to shoplift. He made it very clear and was being very obvious. Not every Hispanic person steals, but thanks. Ive never felt so offended at a target before. Excuse my presence I guess.

Walked in the bathroom it was disgusting, surgical gloves on the floor. Use the last bit of toilet paper on the role of the only stall that was working. How do use a seat protectors to finish wiping. Went and told staff who were dismissive. Did my shopping had another bathroom emergency about 15 minutes later. And no one had been into clean it up or put more toilet paper up. Had to walk over to Barnes & Noble.

They have alot of stuff here. Itll be bad around the holidays. And a checker here is pretty pushy when you decline the 5℅ red card, which I dont want. She was pretty rude actually. I usually would say something to that kind of person but I just took my receipt and left. I will avoid that particular checker in the future. But really someone like her will not hold her job.

This location is easy to get to for people north of Bellevue and south of Everett. It is better than the Alderwood or Everett stores for access, parking and interior upkeep... meaning the customers dont seem to trash it as much as the other stores, not Targets fault. Good selection kept in stock, helpful workers, still lots of whining, crying kids being dragged around

My WHOLE family has made a commitment to boycott Target for letting adult men in the womens restroom. This is crossing the line! Especially since the stalls has gaps. This past Friday there was a man in there that looked like he was not transgender. He washed his hands from the time my wife and kids walked in until they were done. This is disgusting.

Ive never had a problem with this Target. Theres always parking, the store is kept in good shape, they are never really out of anything. My only complaint, like any large retailer, is that there are never enough checkers available to get people in and out quickly.
