I went to Walmart on a Saturday, which means yes busy full of people and their familys. ..You think that stealing doesnt hurt anybody think AGAIN... As me and my boyfriend made way to back of the store (Mind ya I am part disabled walking slow ) making b line to the back of store we did as we approached towards the electronics ..about 3/4 of the way thur the store .. A man is running full out passed me almost knocking me into my boy friend as I was looking around to move towards other isles . It scared me so bad I Turned to tell this guy slow down b4 he hurts some one...as b4 the words could even come out, two little girls come around to the corner their ages maybe 6 or7 8 or 10 two sisters holding hands comes to the middle isles and was knocked to the floor and hitting items around them.. i was beside myself almost as watching a car crash it seemed ...I almost statred crying .. thinking OMG is this guy a thief and was he running to avoid people ?? with the carelessness of this guy not slowing to intersections to avoiding other people he never looked...So I made way to the front of the store after me and boyfriend argue to report it !! It turns out he was a employee chasing a guy that is trying to steal ..not that anyone 1 is at threat or was a gun involved.. this man injured 2 small kids to stop you thiefs...other than that Walmart here has been good to us but please put safety first!!

When you walk into a store to buy a product. Wal-Mart indirectly calls us "valued customers" criminal by forcing anyone in the line with us to show their Id. It suggest that the "valued customer" is intending to buy tobacco for minors. Which as a crime calls us a criminal.. or at that this has been my experience today. I called customer service after talking to a very rude "manager named lisa"(Im not sure if that is her title she refused to state). After being on hold for 15 mins I spent 30 mins or so speaking with the operated. After being instructed to go speak with "Cindy". No resolution was found. I came to the conclusion that my business will be appreciated elsewhere and plan on going to other stores(non-walmart). I also have noticed how certain stores require you to give them your receipt. As if stating you stole the goods between the register and door. Im very worried about the direction of walmart towards citizen. I have tried to find a solution... The company doesnt seem to care about just another "valued customer"

I had the greatest customer service experience. My FOOD STAMP card was at $0 (or it appeared to be, which was not right). (I found out that it was at $0 when I slid the card through at a checkstand.) I couldnt find my cell and was referred by a Walmart staff to the "pay phone entry" which I didnt know was outside. Then I found my cell and tried to reach the FS people, and discovered I had a balance. Great. So I went back to my cart and it was gone. Staff told me that they didnt think I was coming back and put most of my food back. So I checked out with 3/4 of my food, and when I got home I called the manager. He apologized and asked me to pick 3 of the items I needed most and he would have one of the managers deliver them to me for free!

This is for the pharmacy. Lots of back and forth, blaming Dr office, & stocking issues. One time an urgent care doctor called in a prescription and the pharmacy tech told me itll be ready in an hour. Well I didnt go until the next When I got there, the RX wasnt in their system, nothing at all. Then whoever took the phone call, finally remembered 3-5 hours later- that they wrote it down but never processed it! My husband has no new meds, same RX for couple years now with this pharmacy. Well today, I picked up half his Rxs because of stocking issues( surprise...surprise) and the pharmacist asked if any were new. I told her no but asked if grapefruit is safe w/ it. She literally said, " it has to do with enzymes, go Google it"

Worst experience. I ordered a product from site to store because it wasnt in the store. Once the item got to the Puyallup store that was when things went downhill. Essentially poor organization lead to confusion for the workers and frustration for me. It should not have taken two trips and over 30 minutes, on the second visit, to find my order which had been in the store under a counter the entire time on both visits. They need to organize site to store orders in a way that helps workers actually find the order instead having workers playing hide and seek on where the order might be. They need more people actually assigned to the pickup section particularly if the Walmart corp. wants to actually grow in this sector of business.

Today, I came in to get my oil changed. I arrived at about 1pm. I was told that it would only be about an hour. So, I did my shopping and returned at about 2:40. When I looked my car was still up in the air. I asked how much longer and the guy behind the counter said he had no idea. The other counter guy(who looked like he might be management) was helping people in the line check out. After he was done I asked him how much longer it would be. He poked his head out the door and asked. Came back and said it would be about an half hour. I shock my head and asked when did they start it, and he told me they just started. It is almost 3:30 and I am still being help hostage at Walmart tire and lube. This is ridiculous!!!

Most associates Ive come across dont even bother to say hi, let alone acknowledge that Im there. Ive had to search between 3 departments to get someone to unlock razor blades for me on numerous accounts. Very littke of the cashier lines are ever open, and the small fee that are are generally backed up by 5-6 people. Right now they are renovating, which I normally dont care about since Ive helped stores do this in the past, but they dont barricade where they are working or even warn people about low lying objects on the ground which can seriously hurt someone. Today I asked where something was moved to (used to be the section where they were working) and the lady just told me "not my problem".

I only give this Walmart to stars because one of the humans I spoke with actually had the sense to come up with an alternate plan besides whatever seems straightforward to them. However, 20 minutes later I still dont have the information I was looking for got a lot of attitude from one particular lady and the customer service desk never answered regardless of the operator contacting them 4 separate times and let it ring and ring and ring and ring. As usual you suck Walmart! And this is all because the bastards decided to make their water socks really cheap now. They used to (just last year) last two to three years, now they last 3 weeks before popping huge holes in the fabric covered rubber!
