When we first moved here from NYC we had no idea whom to purchase furniture from. We went to many store some in Dallas, Carrolton, Denton and Irving. I was not impressed with most the sales associates and felt very pressured or just to opposite and unvalued at the other stores. We went to Irving Boulavard Furniture as one of the last stores. I wasnt expecting much and was very skeptical at first. With my husband dragged in tow we entered the store and were greeted warmly. Robert, was the first one to help us. He was so nice and actually listened to us when we explained our situation about relocating due to careers, that we never had a big apartment back in Manhatten and now we do, so it needed to be furnished. We gave him our budget and he worked with us. By the time we finished, we had furnished two bedrooms, a living room, and dining room and it was actually right under budget. We were super excited, plus they delivered that next day. The delivery crew arrived promptly that morning, they were professional, courteous, delicate with the items. They placed everything where I had requested, making sure I was pleased with setup before cleaning up and leaving. A year later we moved from our apartment into our first home and once again I went back to IBF, finding myself ordering a new bed for our master bedroom. Although they did not have the bed in store they ordered it from the catalog for me, it took some time for it to arrive but once it was delivered it was just gorgeous, worth the wait! As for the furniture I had purchased this past year, it is still holding up and just as beautiful as the day it was delivered. I love IBF, the owners are wonderful people, everyone that works there goes above and beyond their job. In conclusion I highly recommend IBF to anyone in need of furniture. Wether you are seeking small or large, low to high priced, this is the shop. The variety they offer is amazing from Acme, Ashely, Donco, Millennium, Coaster F., and other brands they have great prices and a great team to suit all your furnishing needs!

Excellent Customer Service!!! I ordered my queen bed online and got a call the next day from the owner telling me that the bed was out of stock. He told me that he does see the heardboard will be available in a couple of weeks and if i wanted i can get the heardboard and wait for the rest of the footrails. He even offered free delivery on both. Although he wasnt sure about it he said he would call me the next day to verify that because he didnt want me to think that he was holding my money for no reason. The next day i got a call from the store and it was a lady and she told me my bed was ready and to come pick it up. I thought it was a mistake and had her verify. The owner got on the phone and he told me that he went to the warehouse to go find my bed for me. They only had one bed and they were actually holding it for someone else, but he got it for me. I was like wow, now thats going above an beyond for your customer. He made me feel like my business mattered to him. I went to go pick up the bed the same day and set it up. Gosh is this piece of furniture just Gorgeous!!!!! I was amazed by the quality of the bed and the steadiness. Im thinking my transaction was completed now lets forget about it. Lo and behold i get a call from the owner the next day asking how i liked my bed. Can you imagine? WOW! that is excellent customer service.

This Furniture Store is Awesome. I went in to browse not sure if I would find a couch that I liked, but I found 3 of them. A friend of mine had just bought a sofa from this furniture store, and it looked just like one I had seen at a different store that cost $1000.00, so I was expecting that to be the price, but I was shocked when the owner told me that the sofa was only 599 and that he would give me another free ottoman if I bought the sofa. Wow, that alone was a great deal, but I feel in love with another sofa instead, and he told me that he would give me the same 599 price for whatever one I wanted. He also said he would deliver it the same day. I was completed surprised when he said that, because every time I have ever bought furniture, I have always had to wait at least a week for delivery. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. I have decided that from this day forward, any new furniture I need, I will shop Irving Boulevard Furniture first because they go the extra mile to satisfy their customers.

Irving Blvd Furniture is one of Irving’s most unique furniture stores… the customer service is the “BEST!!!” Nora, Fab, and Fernando make you feel like you’re dealing with family… I’m buying furniture for my Lake house and Irving home… these guys made the process seamless… the store provided me with many selections for both residents… and if I saw another “ITEM” at another store, the store owner would order the “ITEM” for me and match and in most cases “BEAT” the price… Here’s a good example of one of many wonderful experiences … I went to the Designer District Downtown and found a “Dinning Set” that was completely out of my budget ($2,250)… the owner ask me for the item number and he was able to get me the “Same Exact Set” for $1375.00.. I won’t buy furniture anywhere else!! Thanks Guys!!!!

Outstanding Outlet. I have bought a bed for my mom and I had my US Army brother-in-law get some stuff from them. It was an amazing experience shopping at this place. The lady, I guess her name is Nora, knows customer service. They had to special order a bunk bed for us and they delivered exactly what was promised without any hidden charges or hassles. If you are in store for a good deal for your money and for a respectful personal attention to whatever furniture needs you have, this is the place to go. They have a huge variety of all types of furniture. We have also been looking for cal king boxes and they are arranging those for us at the best price. I am pleasantly surprised the variety of things they can get from the catalogs. This is the best furniture store in town, period!

I have gone to this furniture store a few times but yesterday was a very pleasant experience unlike other times... I am assuming it was the owner who greeted me very nice and friendly guy well needless to say I walked out of there with a brand new bedroom set and couch and dining table! Now of course we all know you get what you pay for so it wasnt the very thick wood or expensive stuff but when you are like me and have 3 kids running around this furniture will do just great! It looks nice and fancy but still at a decent price! I am glad that they have places like this around because I honestly thought I was going to have to spend a fortune on my new furniture but i got all three items for only 1500 bucks!!!! I was stoked and my new place looks awesome!!! Thanks guys!!!
